Mobile delivery order. Placed an order and unable to cancel. Waited 30 minutes on a pending screen wondering if the order was charged. My card was charged and the order was cancelled. Someone finally got back to me and told me i had to get the chargeback from the bank. Worst customer service ever experienced. Would not recommend. The ratings on this should be negative and permanently removed from the app store. -5/5.

Delivery went missing for many times. App shows delivered but delivery will arrive hours later or not even show up. No way to get verification. Calling the outlet doesnt help as no one pick up.

Not served to my location. It seems that delivery to my place in taman jurong requires an actual passport till BK is umable to serve my location. What a joke! Day 3: contact form sent. No reply. This shows.

Cannot cancel order the minute after its placed. I only realised I order dine in at the wrong outlet at the receipt screen. Immediately tried to cancel order only to find there isn't one. Called the outlet number and no one picks up. Ui UX is very poorly designed. Doesn't show store location at checkout. Edit: +1 star , went to an outlet irl and they rectified it for me. Great staff, still a bad app.
