The app used to work so well and now has numerous errors after the last update. It won't let me log in/won't accept my details. It notifies me of a special offer but when I visit the deals/voucher page there is nothing listed. Currently, the app is only a menu display and online voucher page. It would be nice if it would allow for online ordering from a restaurant for pickup or dine-in. I see that they have added a link to UberEats/Deliveroo for delivery and that is a good start.

Doesn't work 9 times out of 10. Often attempt to load the app for the deals and end up paying full price as it will not load. This is the same issue on my android and my partners iphone so therefore isnt an OS issue. The staff often say they're aware it's down...yet again. Have made a complaint several times to just be told sorry, maybe it will work next time.

The app might function to a basic level but the interaction with the actual store after ordering is pathetic. I can make a full order through the app, pay for it, and be told it will be ready to pick up when I arrive - but the app doesn't give you an order number and they don't prepare the food automatically. I literally just had to queue just to tell them I had ordered on the app so they'd start making my food. Absolute pointless waste of time, just go McDonald's

Hardly any restaurants in the UK allow for ordering with the app so I have yet to be able to use it since I've had it. I get that this is probably due to franchising but it isn't great for the singular brand of Burger King. Also the app regularly fails to identify the location or gets stuck loading. Make this app usable at all UK branches!

Simple to use.. loads of special offers! KFC and McDonald's limit there offers to either none and blame supply chain issues which is B/S.. and McDonald's offer u one burger a day.. and if u dnt eat beef.. tough luck. And if u veggie... tough luck.. u cant pick &choose. But burger King have so many offers iv started eating out like 4 times a week! So have my mates.. then their families &so on.. giving the people special offers in these times, every little does really help! cheers BK! Defo get it!

Excellent once you learn it. I lost a few offers the first time I used it, thinking they were getting saved somewhere in the app, but no! If you select an offer and then move out of it you loose it, so make sure that you load it just before you pay. They are very generous offers, thank you.

Leicester square branch. I booked order on the app for the 1st time as mobile ordering BK isn't at majority of stores but I found it easy to order. It was a bit confusing exactly how to collect order on arrival at store although app gave instructions but I asked a staff member and was told to announce myself at the till or wait at a table after clicking that option on the app. I decided to go to the till as I wasn't sure if my waiting time would be longer. Includes offers.

Apart from looking at pictures of whats on offer, this is useless. It draws you in with bargains and offers, but there are no prices. When choosing a restaurant and you eventually manage to load your chosen restaurant it won't let you choose it. Overall, rubbish. I'm going to see if I can redeem the offers in store. If not, I'm deleting the app as its not worth having.

Gone down to 1 star, offers for app ordering are great, problem is all the bk stores around where I live do not do app ordering and it's not just around my area, there are next no stores accepting app ordering, so why do bk put so many offers up for ordering using the app when they know very well that about 90% of there stores in the UK Don't do it. Bk try getting your stores in the UK to accept app ordering first before you put these deals up that can't be used

Rubbish, location says heart available but cannot order from app and directed to just eat which doesn't accept offers, offers also pointless if only one per order but what if ordering for work and group of people so this needs sorting out instead. Each people or persons want an offer or deal.
