Ive tried several times to send documents to validate my account. When you get to the page where the camera should be activated, for me, on several occasions, nothing has happened. Ive uninstalled the app in the vain hope re-instalation may do the trick. The staff however have been very helpfull with this.

The app now blocks any form of autofill, including from highly secure password managers, in the name of better security. The result is the exact opposite, since I am left with 3 bad options 1. Downgrade my compkex 24 character password to a memorable size of, say, 8 characters 2. Writing the password on a sticky note (how's thst for security) 3. Stop using the app. I chose option 3. A very bad outcome for the developers.

Used to be good but now when you want to view both gold and silver the screen starts flashing from one to the other and you can't see anything. So it's basically useless and it's being like this for about 2 months now. It wouldn't be a big deal with say a weather app but here with a company holding people's gold and silver it makes me wonder if they're professional and trustworthy enough.

15th Feb 2020: Thanks for getting rid of the intermittent flicking back and forth between gold and silver charts, BUT you still have a problem! Just look at the vertical scale on your silver chart: 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, with no $18 per oz on the scale. You should be checking and double-checking your app after the last fiasco. Come on, get this app working properly!

Entering a password each timeyou want to access the app is insanity. This methods is possibly the most insecure method of authentication in existence, not least the usability means the app is usless. In the very least, they should be using Android key store, allowing users to use their fingerprint to gain Access. Then an MFA method to authorise any actual activity. Can't take bullion vault seriously. This indicates serious failings within a company your meant to trust your money to. Insanity!

Great little app, use every day, can switch between options like £$€¥ gold, silver, platinum, range of dates. Would like to see a Troy Oz option and maybe palladium. EDIT: thanks for responding to my review I see now, sorry for my mistake you can change the weight in settings.

Very dated app that needs a complete UI overhaul. While it is responsive, the landing screen is just the price of gold. It desperately needs reworking with some sort of UI specialist as it's very basic and not particularly useful over just using a web browser and the website.

I've used this app for a long time now and its been good until now. Recent updates have resulted in charts not working. App is now useless. I've since updated and the charts are working again. I am now due another update, hopefully it will still work.

Gives the prices which is great, but since the update it completely freezes all the navigation buttons on my phone and i am unable to exit the app, have to lock the phone with the physical power button and then log back into the phone and close the app.
