Love the app but over the past few weeks it logs me out on a very regular basis. Please keep my password or integrate with Android biometric authentication. Also push notifications do not work.

Very effective use of technology to let clients see what is happening while they are at the site or away from it. The same is true for company owners that can see what is happening at each site, comment, suggest solutions and save time since they don't have to drive and visit each site.

Push Notifications Broken. Though enabled, the app fails everytime to notify me of new comments and schedule changes. The only way to know that new comments by the builder were posted is to manually check. This situation has been the case for many months.

The app is great when it's working. Lately I've been getting a "You're offline. Trying to reconnect message" Don't know what's going on but it's frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

Amazing app for managing projects! Only a few issues with documents uploaded by the project managers into change orders. Still this was very rare. We used this for a long distance project management and it was great. Change orders can be submitted through the app and payments made through the app.

App is good, but there is no way to add multiple projects! I have two different vendors doing work on my house, and use Buildertrend extensively, and the only way to keep up with messages is to keep logging in and out of each account. Why can't I have one login and add multiple projects? Super inconvenient that my contractors only communicate through Buildertrend when there is this major limitation.
