The app tells you explicitly that you can "Watch on the big screen" by casting your phone screen to a TV. This is absolutely not the case, in fact they've actively blocked it. When I tried to screencast the event I had paid for, as soon as my phone connected to the Tv, the picture went. As soon as I disconnected, the picture came back. Really disappointed as the sole reason I'd paid for this was to watch on a bigger screen, not huddled over my phone. False advertising.

Don't write reviews normally but after paying 20 quid to watch an event a couple of times now it's really annoying that it only streams in max 540p and the majority of the time is at 360p, you can't watch on consoles also so stuck watching it on a phone screen, how can you charge that much money and not give a HD option?? Needles to say will not bother paying for an event again.

What a joke. I spent £25 to get this for the month as the UFC is the only sport on telly but man it was the worst experience of my life (watching sports life). The commentary was behind on the action, at times it was like I was watching on an old Commodore 64 and it wasn't my Internet connection as that was fine. And there response to my complaint "give us 25 days and we will get back to you". The next UFC is on this weekend!!! If it happens again I challenge Mr BT to 3 rounds in the octagon.

Extremely disappointed, app's GUI works well and was very easy to navigate and use, until I tried to watch the main event, when it gave me the same error message repeatedly. Was completely unable to watch the fight and now presumably I've sank £24.95 for an event that I never got to watch. A side note, your livestream players on the BT Sport app are very poorly optimised, Why that is I don't know, I'm just a demanding, expectant customer. I hope you guys manage to fix it

Bad - Can't log in. I have this experience across BT TV in general. It needs to be sorted before sky take over. At this rate I will not be reinstating my BT TV all together, both BT TV and WIFI cost around £60 per month, with box office purchases of around £100 per month and I still haven't seen an improvement in their services. Sort this out ASAP or you will lose custom.

The app logs me out mid event and will often stop stream for no reason. Also would be good to pay for the event through the app.

Terrible. Don't have an issue with the need for a separate account, but I've been watching love sports on other apps today without any issues. My internet connection is a solid 30Mbps+ and the Box Office app is unwatchable. Constantly buffering and very low quality. I just about make out what's happening but UFC shows tweets on screen and have no idea what they say, that's the sort of image quality I'm getting. Also, tried to email support through the app and the email bounced back. Avoid!

Lazily coded. You have to keep the viewing window open, or casting crashes out every few minutes, presumably as the permissions expire. Stable once you realise this and keep the window open, but considering you've spent £20 or more one one event, this should be a lot better. Generally annoying to use, display issues if you decide to watch the event via the phone, bad UI Just a bad bit of coding considering the money involved

Constantly ignoring the fact you can't even get the app on various devices such as Firestick, consoles etc making it impossible for us to purchase events. You take events away & leave us struggling to purchase telling us to buy a Chromecast (cheeky) which is very problematic (I tried & returned because it lags & is unwatchable, it doesn't work) & most people aren't gonna pay to watch on a phone. You ignore us asking for help & leave us to "work it out ourselves" *sigh* 😔

Cannot login to the app. I have previously used it to watch PPV but now can't and it says the app unavailable in my region when I live in the UK.
