While I never experienced any problems with the original BT Sport app, the Box Office one just feels below par. Streaming often stops randomly, and the whole thing just doesn't feel as smooth as the BT sport app. It is a letdown when the premium version of something underperforms the basic one.

Why have BT not developed an app for consoles or smart tvs, asking your audience to cast to view on big screen is not an acceptable way to watch as it fails half the time, and stating that we need BT tv just to watch box office is a bit outdated, extremely poor customer experience and horrible app. The main reason i will not buy ppv events from BT

What a miserable app. Faulty in almost every basic function it promises to offer. Unacceptable from a company that claims to have any credence as a telecommunications provider.

Worst app. Terrible that if you don't have a bt TV subscription and you want to watch a ppv, you have to stream to your TV, and the stream quality is so awful. Really bad app and clearly BT has never put any effort into rectifying this.

Streams always been up and down, app crashes during main event. Never improved, no option to buy PPVs on the app, outdated and abandoned it seems

Have paid for quite a few events and usually no problems but this last one was a completely unwatchable stream

The app tells you explicitly that you can "Watch on the big screen" by casting your phone screen to a TV. This is absolutely not the case, in fact they've actively blocked it. When I tried to screencast the event I had paid for, as soon as my phone connected to the Tv, the picture went. As soon as I disconnected, the picture came back. Really disappointed as the sole reason I'd paid for this was to watch on a bigger screen, not huddled over my phone. False advertising.

What a joke. I spent £25 to get this for the month as the UFC is the only sport on telly but man it was the worst experience of my life (watching sports life). The commentary was behind on the action, at times it was like I was watching on an old Commodore 64 and it wasn't my Internet connection as that was fine. And there response to my complaint "give us 25 days and we will get back to you". The next UFC is on this weekend!!! If it happens again I challenge Mr BT to 3 rounds in the octagon.

Extremely disappointed,app's GUI works well and was very easy to navigate and use, until I tried to watch the main event, when it gave me the same error message repeatedly. Was completely unable to watch the fight and now presumably I've sank £24.95 for an event that I never got to watch. A side note, your livestream players on the BT Sport app are very poorly optimised, Why that is I don't know, I'm just a demanding, expectant customer. I hope you guys manage to fix it
