A perfect example of how an app which worked perfectly fine was ruined by newer developers. Previously when this app was BSNL Pro,it had better UI and worked best.Now it has ads and UI that is more difficult.

If there was a option of giving negative rating, I would have given that, because the BSNL app and BSNL website both shows incorrect usage as per time, worst BSNL app, worst BSNL website, there is a immediate need to upgrade all the whole system. Otherwise, in no period of time, people will be switching to another internet service provider. I hope the whole system will be upgraded soon, otherwise the users loss is approaching the company.

this shows completely Unrelated internet speed test. all the time it shows same speed. where as if you really connect this to some device and keep for download the speed will be in very few mb or kb.

Good to know the usage and plan, speed. But unable to fetch the details of ac without mentioning the phone no.which is not provided by the bsnl franchiser.

There is an issue in loading data when u have add-ons with your base data plan, I think you have not handled json for add-ons plan, please fix that
