No radio button to be found in the Andiod app. But is there on my iPad. At rare time I'll see a link in the form of a limk similar to clicking on Browns Live link ( a bigger rectangle) but have not even seen that anymore. It is like it may be hidden under the orange header at top. Why hasn't anyone fixed this? People have been complaining about this forever I see! If there is a reason simply state the reason. I'm a big boy. Otherwise we all just think you have a bunch of programming idiots!

EVERY year this app flops horribly the first game and gets slightly better through the season. I couldn't get it to work for the Ravens game, it cut out when it went from pre-game to gametime. The Thursday night game worked, but when the game was over I couldn't get it to stop streaming. I had to restart my phone to get it shut off. C'mon Browns, get your act together!

I've been having nothing but issues recently with this app. It kicks me out, makes me change my password everytime I go to log in or tells me its wrong and then i get locked out. And most recently it displayed I no longer own rights to my tickets. I do not have time to keep going in and out of the app and going in and out of Ticketmaster to resolve it.

Could not check in because someone thought it would be smart to push an app update out on game day. Download is still "pending" so I could not use the app. After over 30 minutes, I finally had to sign in on a phone provided by a Ticketmaster employee. This kind of "service" is why I'm seriously considering dropping my season tickets.

There was an update and now when I click on the videos tab or photos tab the app closes. I tried to write the info@ email address and it bounced back. I am on an android phone Huawei brand. Come on guys please fix the application. You have a great App. It has been too long.
