Low call rates. This is good. But there is some connection issues. And there is no call forwarding option which is a great disadvantage. I have to leave it just because it doesn't have call forwarding option! There are other similar services that have this ability. Aalap is a better choice.

still facing some problem while calling out. without any reason call failed! auto cut while calling. please fix this issue.. it's an old issue. and you don't even care about playstore feedback. no reply from your team.

Worstttt just trust me, when needed you just can't call mostly, rate is cheap but service is cheapest, you can never depend on this, this is too much to handle i would rate 0 star but I can't, just don't waste your time, today have been trying but couldn't make a single call so far. I shall edit this review once they make the app more professional.

Once good when I first downloaded this app and installed, but after few updates it doesn't work well, also the voice quality not so good even I have 4G+ connection, when i try to make a call (Brilliant Out) it doesn't work and fail, and sometime the problem persists, so after trying multiple times once work... This happens too frequently sometimes everytime when I try to make a call... They should improve the app quality as there's so many bugs in this app.

i am an old user of brilliant app. unfortunately i changed my device and installed new brilliant app and tried to login. whenever i try to get the otp by my number brilliant automatically send me that message that the brilliant app not accepting new registration. but i am an old user bro. please do somthing. if i get solution then i will change my rating because i love brilliant app.

I'm changing the review from 5 star to 1 star. Because this version is not able to read the contacts in my phone. I have granted all the permissions it need. But still I'm suffering from this bug. This is very very annoying.

8 days ago I recharged 50tk using bkash. But i didn't received the money on my balance. After 2 days I have submitted the report email. But still no answer from you. It's very bad. Update 24.02.2020 Still no reply from them. I just wasted my 50tk. On my previous post I recommended this app. But now i am telling stay away from this app.

The app is just brilliant. Nothing else to say. It's almost half the call rate from all the network operators of Bangladesh. Love it. And the voice call during offnet is just as smooth as it should be! Love it! And recommend it!
