Doesn't work. Seems to be just an information grab. The "requirements" have never been met in the months that I've had the app. It literally says that I need to use my card and account daily to qualify to use the advance... which I have and do for months now... so best I can figure is they get to sign in and monitor your account and if you happen to buy in on the "premium" thing then you pay them to have free reign of your info. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. IT'S A SCAM!

Do not trust them. I gave it a try on 5/26, they charged a monthly subscription fee of $9.99 ON 5/26 I gave it a try, decided the service was not worth it. Cancelled 6/24th - less than 30 days later. So, they charged me $9.99 AFTER I CANCELLED. Contacted support & requested a refund. They refused to refund me claiming they charge at the "end" of each 30 day cycle, not at the beginning...yet I was charged 2x w/in 30 days! It's just shady business & I want everyone to be warned before signing up.

I was actually a little worried about using this app since it's connected to my bank but I got in a jam one day didn't for the advance. I had to wait for that part but the app offers alot of helpful tools and I do the cash advance it was so simple to do. got the cash 20 mins later. yay thanks this is an awesome app. it does so much for a little money a month

Brigit helped me when I needed it the most and did it quick and easy. I appreciate ur help!!!! Most loan companies will Mark up interest rates which leaves everyday people like ourselves to work even harder to pay off the loan (once you catch up on the interest rates if u're lucky enough). Brigit will offer u loans and ask for a tip which we all know businesses need in order to survive as well but they explain how your tip will help others with their loans. This app is a joke and everyone I recommended will be notified. Brigit sent text messages saying my account might have overdraft fees, then it said my account is safe, then sent me another text message about account might have overdraft fees see about getting instant cash. Click on instant cash and it tells me I'm not eligible for cash advance but keep checking everyday. What a joke! I will be uninstalling and going somewhere else. Waste of my time

Terrible app. My repayment was taken out of my bank Friday... Here it is Wednesday & Brigi is still processing my payment. By the time I'm allowed another advance it will be payday again. Soooo whats the point of an advance? I usually don't leave reviews but this app is a joke.

They make it very hard for you to cancel your account and they keep charging you $10 a month, I had to literally go in the bank and report Brigit as fraud and get a new account numbrt, just to get them to stop charging my account $10 a month. NEVER USING AGAIN

Don't use this app . They try to take out money whenever they can and then it takes days to process. If your in a tough spot they will make it tougher l. Multiple overdraft fees.
