What just happened, after I enrolled to your app and paid the fee you just kicked me out so now The money didn't go back into my card neither I could used the app. Do you have explanation for that

If the 'advanced' level is determined after the entrance test, the application suggests choosing this level, and then asks to add new topics for study because of selected topics have already been studied. Even adding all the topics does not lead to start learning new words. I need to change level to start learning words. And then remove unnecessary topics to learn. It is not convenient.

I had to subscribe for 3 months, and guess what in 1st month all categories got empty no new level available no new words, I picked 8 words and next day I cant even go back to my old words that I have learnt, the app keeps asking me to choose words for the next day what having any of them!! I wonder why I can go back for my skipped words for earlier days?! That's lame, app looks good on firsts days but not for too long.. now I cant do anything I even lost my learned words
