I used to enjoy this app a lot but recently have felt extremely let down by their customer services department. Bottles sent, if not accepted by someone after a few days, will just be deleted without you receiving a refund. This is even if you paid real money for these bottles. After months of emails sent to them, my issue continues to stand, and I have not heard a single thing back from anyone. Utterly appalled.

In our days there was penfriendship. Never did it then. But this app is amazing. Takes the concept to a new level. Misconceptions about different countries are cleared in a second. The ills of negative media are reversed internationally. Having real friends overseas who can guide you on the pettiest to the more important news, tips and travel advices and cautions is the next best thing to have actually been there. Guys and gals.....don't sweat, just bottle !

I used to use this app before. But ,today when I open message section app closing automatically, #bug issue found. Am using redmi note 7 #last week , i got same bottle repeatedly seeing multiple times on screen ,again bug found #bad experience for first time ,(pls fix this issue , then i will dowlaod this app again 😊😊 All the best guyz

This app sucks. it doea not show many messages sent to you and neither yiu receive any notification of them. it is like skipping a conversation. it does not show notification even the notifications in app and mobile settings are on. bottles are being sent to specific users again and again.

I love this app, I've had it on and off for years but I just redownloaded it again and it rarely loads. If it does load I can only open one bottle before it starts buffering again. As much as I want to rate it higher, it just isn't working well right now. Hopefully some fixes can be made.

I like the setup of this app, its a fresh idea. I previously seen bottles sent to and received from the same group of countries, but I think its better now. But I find connecting with people on the app is not good. People are dismissive or rude. It's not the app's problem, the app is great. Maybe its just not for me. Thanks.

I love the concept of Bottled and I enjoy it a lot. It's a great option for those looking for a chat app, and a huge bonus is reports are taken seriously 99% of the time, so it's a clean app with very few pervs/trolls/bullies. My biggest two complaints are (1) that the randomization of the bottles sent is pretty bad quite often. Sending out four bottles in a row and each one going to the same person is just ridiculous. And (2), the lack of dark mode option.

This app is really a good way to meet new friends around the world, I've been using this app for how many years now and I already have a lot of friends, However, the bad thing that I can say for this app is that you only allow a person to put a one picture on their profile. Like how we would know if the person we're talking is the real one? Mostly the users are only putting their favorite Anime, pets, meme, etc. Give every account at least 3 slots to put their real pictures so we're still sure.

I have found people on this app who later became a huge, beautiful and important part of my life. So I could honestly say that it changed my life for the better. I give 4/5 stars though because of multiple bugs (including messages not getting delivered sometimes)

The app is great . The concept is cute . The only thing I dont like, its kinda hard using the app for messaging. The message takes quite time to load . Late notifications of messages . And another user named Tony feels the same way . Overall an awesome app 😎
