Used to be quite good to use until recently. It periodically removes the 'pay by cash' option, forcing to you to pay extra money either by paying by card or using the queue jumper. And if you want to not be ripped off and try and phone one instead? By sheer coincidence, the phone lines are busy, and an automated voice tells you to book using the taxi booking app, then hangs up on you. A pathetic attempt by the owner to try and squeeze more money out of their customers.

It doesn't send any code to my phone number during registration and I have tried about 12 times, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times now. Each time I had to cross-check the phone number and it was correct.

Worst app ever, never lets you pay by card, if it lets you click pay by card it brings up errors nearly 90% of the time. It wants to get cash for its drivers rather than allowing the convinience of paying by card. Attrotious app, if uber was available id take it.

Absolutely disgraceful, been trying for an hour to get a taxie and yet it's saying none available, yet there's loads of taxies about, lazy that's all I can say, boro taxies needs sorting out for good because this is a disgrace

Unreliable. Shows taxi as on the way then changes constantly. An hr and a half late when I cancelled it and they'd already taken my money I had to wait for a refund.

Monopolised the area and don't offer the same service as of old. Happy to buy the smaller, more reliable companies and disintegrate them. Unreliable service and prices increasing.
