Excellent. If no cash in purse its easy to pay though the app with my bank card. Very convienient. Only annoying thing is if granted location access whilst using the app it gets my address slightly wrong. So I prefer to not allow access and simple type my location in, then destination. So simple and easy to book in advance or in the moment. Drivers are very friendly, arrive on time and give a professional service.

Awful! Driver went to the wrong location despite the app clearly showing where we were. Rang the office to be told they would contact driver and set him right, then got a text saying that the driver had waited at the right location (not true) and we never showed up so the trip was cancelled. Rang the office again and got told I had "upset the whole apple cart and messed up all their bookings!" If you must use this company, ring up and use small simple words!

Great app for ordering a car, you can see instantly how long a wait you're going to have and can see where the available cars all are!! no more need to ring and hope they're not busy on other calls, this is just so quick...awesome guys!!!!
