    Was good when it started but now that boost is unable to support the promotion give out. They hv started to block accounts that maximise the services that they offer (top up with credit cards, transfer to accounts, transfer for p2p, lesser or no shake rewards for spending), they will state irregular activities. Bad customer services will just advise the same story (to use other payment like online banking) if you wish to use. I am so fed up with them.

    I cant find where to delete devices i logged in at previous devices. These days we all live by gadgets, some people can change phones up to so many times.. this been a trouble to me. Feel like its not friendly user, when i emailed the suport team i need to wait long enough, in 24 hours, business dont wait 24 hours dear boost developers.

    Recently I have twice getting barred from Celcom network because the Boost app payment didn't count towards the bill due date. When I paid it again with another alternative, the bill showed negative, suggesting I have paid the bill twice. This continuous slow update of payment to Celcom postpaid bill is frustrating.

    One word, SLOW! Had a decent connection and note 9, this app performs very poor in loading time. Touch n go is way better than this excruciating app. I realised that this company is affiliated with celcom, no wonder, celcom app all load at snails pace. Useless bunch.

    Really bad. First the shake reward. I have made many transaction and when shake I got reward from as small as 3 point to over 30 point but disappointed when press ok, and checked, it stated no point received. Second, couldn't even topup money from bank. Waiting for hours still the same. I've uninstall and installed the apps before but still couldn't do any transaction. I uninstalled it for months and try again today. STILL SAME. Stop using this apps.

    I tried to upgrade my wallet from basic and yet it always says something went wrong and need to restart boost. I've tried this since i first downloded the app and until now i face the same problem. I also face the same problem upon trying to transfer my boost wallet to bank account since my wallet nearly reaching its limit.

When received shake reward from many transaction from buying mobile credit dan paying bill, sometimes not received point when shaking. Second, performance sometime slow, please fix it. And please make dark mode interface.

    Overall is good. Has been using boost to pay for me and my family Umobile postpaid for several months, just sometimes I forgot which number that I have paid, I can't retrieve back from payment history page as it just writes Umobile payment. Appreciate if u can add the description or account number in history page so it is easier for us to check back the history

    I already transferred my balance to someone. Totally useless apps that can't top up at all. All kind of methods i already try, still failed to use, an e wallet apps that fail to top up. How to use?? Unistall.( I don't mind the system problem, but i m very angry the management can't help me solve the problem that create by their system. )

    Sends too many notifications/spam/ads. I'll be deleting the app & my account shortly. Also, this is the worst out of the most well known e-pay apps in Malaysia now, for many reasons. Started out well, with good cashbacks & promos, but not now, and it has a lousy point system that will never match Grab.

    touchNGO ewallet is better customer service than this app. Hahaha, here they just give fake credit that just floating around and cant transfer to account. With touchNGO ewallet, if i have problem, they help to solve asap and adjusted my wallet without that floating credit. And also hard boost coin system that will expired if you not using it. Too much ads and external service links that makes old people hard to use.

    This Boost apps is very stupid not friendly user. It's only allow max 5 device to log in our Boost account. How about people always try new phone? Then we cant use Boost eWallet anymore? This stupid system not encourage people use Boost? So better we use other eWallet instead of stupid Boost apps. You shall let user easily unregister Boost account from the system.

Online shopping is essential nowdays, hopefully i can checkout my item in Shopee through Boost, hence more secure payment can be made. I have seen TnG ewallet as payment option in Lazada.

    I think this apps really need to improve.. After I paid the umobile postpaid bill and my balance already deducted but its show the original balance. And after I paid I didn't received any receipt from boost in my email /apps.

    what's wrong with the Boost app? For the past almost one month, I repeatedly reset password successfully, and, I was asked to enter new password, and, thereafter, I was asked to sign in with a Boost Code sent to me, but, when I used the Code to sign in message appeared "details don't match". Can you help to force open my system. Thanks. This problem has been attended by your personnels several times, and on each occasion it was attended halfway and no further feedback sent to me.

    I reset my phone and then i can't even log in into my boost app account because it said i already reached 5 maximum devices. Now i can't use boost app anymore. Why must 5 devices ? Ur security also need pin number, tac number, email for verification and even fingerprint. It is still not safe ? Any other solution ? I need to use boost app for bill payment.

    During shake it says 30 coins, then when I check back, it says "no extra reward during shake", I see my coins, really nothing more that 1 coin per rm1 spending, really no extra coins. Is this how its supposed to be? I am confuse why it says I got extra 30 coins earlier. If this keep going I might change move to other e-wallet. Edit: I won't bother to send account detail for just 30 coins. Not worth my time, but please look into this matter I believe I saw other people commented the same issue.

    It is only good when it works as per what it should... However, when exception or error happens, the support service is such a painful experience. Made an email report indicating I am unable to make bill payment to MPSelayang as its pop-up saying payment was made to the same provider today, and need to wait 24 hour to make payment to this provider, I have been trying and getting the same pop-up for days while waiting for the reply from support. Given up on waiting for email reply, I sent the same query to FB Messenger, the support replied me after an hour (which I think is good enough) that MPSJ was removed from Boost bill payment list. I further ask for confirmation whether s/he was referring to MPSJ or MPS? But no response thereafter... The email reply finally came after 3 days, giving me general advices to logout-login, restart app, restart phone, reinstall app kind of try-n-error stuffs, well, I tried all, still not working. I replied accordingly, and also asking for confirmation whether MPS was removed from the list, again, silence... And now, I just came to realize that I wasn't even given a case number... and the problem is still unresolved!

    It has been about 24 hours after I made a successful payment for u mobile phone account at 10.50 a.m on 10 April 2020 but it has mot been credited to the telco account yet. Likewise, I made a cash transfer to my bank at 9.38 a.m on 10 April 2020 and has not been credited until now (9.46 a.m 11 April 2020). I expected that to be an instant credit. Such inefficiencies are totally unacceptable, and there is no reason why I should continue to use this Boost service. What a waste of time!!!

    Convenience e-wallet until you encounter signing in issue and you have waiting for service support. Response time for support is too slow! With all my money for bills payment locked in your account, and waiting for your response to solve the issue is FRUSTRATING! The password reset with TAC is useless when it arrives way after the 30 seconds is up.

    My old phone number are accidentally expired, and i couldn't revoke the number due to it expenses and billing. Now i cant sign in to my old account. Why couldn't we use username, email and phone number to verifying or sign in to our account. Or can i change to my new number.

    Be warned. You are on your own. Use the app at your own risk. Expect extreme slow to no support in resolving any issues you may have. Have lost money from the app. But I guess boost doesn't bother, no matter what you say. Most likely you'll receive an automated response, and they will consider your issue settled.     I change to new number phone, but I can't update new number. Premium account with the data and still left money on it make me feel don't safe with the IC number and so on. What if the new user that use my old number using my boost account in the wrong way. Ask support, they told to only make new account and transfer the money. Pft how about with the data. AT LEAST, there is a way to delete the premium account or can update new phone number.

    Not much experience at the moment, so have to try to gain lots and lots of time to be on line on boost. Very very new with boost and only topped up my credit with my phone provider and that is with the help of some third party otherwise would have had extreme difficulty with it and even possibly never could have done the top up. Had tried doing a shake of the phone to get some thirty sen on top of signing up with boost that which got me three ringgits. This about the sum total of my experiences.

    Just updated boost and suddenly it's unable to connect to their server. Now i have no access to my money. I can't even view my account or whatever in the app. Rebooted my phone and reset my internet connection and still, only BOOST logo and the notification that says unable to connect to the server. All i can do is freaking write a review and wait for the automated reply which i wont do.

    How to delete my old account and my personal record, I was changed to new number and when I try to register a new number it's already register Boost account. Then I try login with new number, just click forgot password and follow instruction until I get login. Guest what?? I can see all personal record old user who using my new number, I can see everything ID number, full name, Home address even history. Ohh come on, it's not safe. Please add function to delete account, personal data.

    I have already use boosts pay pass to 12+ time, but when i check today go back to 6 times only. This was happen so many time, the time always moving backward. This is not fare to us, cannot level up. And the money i spend also not same with the amonut show in boosts. The customer service also very bad and slow.     I mostly use this app for its CashUp, by purchasing at Lazada. CashUp cashback tracking is very poor. Always had to trouble myself email them that the system didn't track my purchase. Even after that, also still got mistake on the amount of cashback. I first install this app hoping it would be better than Shopback, apparently no. Disappointing.

    The app has been improved a lot since last year. These are few of my suggestion: 1. Show us how much we owe the bill and let us pay the said amount directly. 2. Increase the monthly spending limit and wallet size.




    Getting worst compare to the first time usage. Apps are getting to slow. Always error when doing purchase. Sometime have to restart app and phone at the counter and then in the end have to pay cash.
