I made an order and went to purchase but for whatever reason I could not complete the order. I didn't get a payment error or a signal error or any type of error at all, the order simply would not go through. Somehow, my card was still charged the $153 amount of my order. I didn't get an email notification that my order was completed. On the app, as well as the website I have no past, or pending orders so there's no tracking number. I've emailed customer service about this but no response.

Excellent experience, very perfect fitted shirts for small young men like myself. i would truly appreciate it if you guys would make a solid red muscle fit shirt in Small and Extra Small tho. But best shirts by far! i love BoohooMAN!

Really frustrating user experience on the app... cart keeps getting emptied at checkout and you're basically forced to start all over again. Happened to me 3 times! I noticed this happens when trying to buy items that are almost sold out (I.e. only 1 or 2 left in stock). I would have called it quits and not bought anything but I really wanted a specific shirt so I re-did the process 4 times before I could finally get a successful purchase. Total pain! Please fix this, devs. Thanks!

Took me three whole days to place an order and I paid $15 for express shipping which explicitly says that I'll have it within 3-4 days then when I had paid the full price and placed the order, only then it tells me it will actually take 6 days even with the express shipping I paid for, service is horrible and it empties out your cart often
