Such a great app. With the coach, it does the thinking for me and plans out great workouts that really pushes me. For me, the program helps to hold me accountable to my workouts and to push me just enough to see gains. There's so much flexibility too, with the option to adapt sessions and select which days. The only shortfall is that when I need to adapt the session due to the availability of equipment, it's an all or nothing option. Wish we were able to select what I have for that workout.

The workouts in the app works great for me. However the diet part was hard to stick to. The reason I gave it a 3 star is the automatic renewal feature that charges to my credit card automatically without any notifications and does not allow cancellation. To us, this is very poor business practice with deceiving tactics. We like this program for working out, and therefore we and two teens each has a subscription. But due to this automatic renewal, we will cancel and switch to more friendly apps

The App is really great. I dont know if there is someone that actually looks at the notes that I make. But i and my partner saw a big difference in my body and stamina since I've been using this app. I'm not sure how the product shop works because I never recieved the things I bought bumy gym opened up so i didn't need it so I'm not pressure I just know not to buy anything anymore but the app for working out is amazing.

Uninstalling after 3 years. My main complaint - it's way too cumbersome to use for daily workouts! You can't get into a groove because every few seconds you have to touch the screen, or fill out a survey, or look to see how many seconds/reps are needed. The app could benefit from audio cues and/or audio interaction. As it is now, it's super disruptive for someone who wants to push themselves hard and not be glued to a screen! ... ... ... I'm switching to audio-only workout apps like Aaptiv!

I did the checkout for the premium subscription on their website, it was slightly cheaper. I purposely stopped using the app, and checked if my subscription was going to auto renew and the UI said that I should manage my subscription through the Google services app, which was empty. I removed the app thinking I wasn't going to be charged and I just got the renewal confirmation email. They don't want to give my money back because auto renewal it's in their terms of service. Trash customer service

The freeletics app is great and the workouts are challenging. Two things that will make this app incredible: 1. Heart rate integration that you can see you heart rate on the app whilst training. 2. When going after your pb, if you could get some real-time feedback where you were before. When you're lacking oxygen it would be nice to know how you stack up against your previous pb! :-)

I find the app really difficult to navigate in order to have an actual structured training plan, despite paying for the coach subscription, I need to make up my own plan off the many tabs and options, checking multiple times the muscle group I prefer training and those exercise I can't do. Also, most notifications are useless as once you click on them, the app opens on an unrelated area rather than on the actual content described in the notification. Very confusing.

Been using for a couple of months now and it's great. Clear schedule to remind you to workout, exercises mix up styles of training and get progressively more difficult based on your feedback. Exercises are measured in reps not time so you ensure you are progressing and completing the right amount. Timed exercises like stretches have time built in for setting up so you have the full time on the stretch. It just works so that you can focus on training.

Freeletics is not free, it is very expensive. Edit: 'free' service is minimal. ex. lower body has 2 of 13 work outs available, "kettlerbell leg and Glute HIIT" and "Jump Rope Fundamentals". So, for the app the be effectively usable you will have to pay $$$$ #clapclap Edit Edit: "Freeletics was created to help you work out free of limits" dear 'Freeletics' the huge price attached to you app is a limit, so this statement does not justify the misleading name you have given to this app. There are more affordable resources for formulating workout plans, ex. fitnomy charged 12.99 for a 6 month subscription, this is perfectly reasonable, and the app works well enough.

Love this app and have built up my workout routine on it. And getting results. There are some things I'd love to fix. Firstly it doesn't give you the option to exclude shoulders from body groups. Also when you want to limit time it only has 15 minute options (sometimes I only have 40 or 45 minutes). Otherwise great.
