Too complex and expensive for my needs. I spent a good bit of time setting up a plan, then discovered on my first day that it requires a 'free' trial - with a recurring direct debit subscription - for all functionality beyond my 6 minute warm up. A shame because I might well have been prepared to pay *something* for what is presumably some kind of machine-learning 'personalisation', if it proved helpful. Uninstalling.

app I mostly use the Coach feature, therefore will comment on it. The good thing is that it makes me stick to the training schedule. The rest is quite bad, quite poor training configuration, which oftentimes ignores the settings. Workups and cooldowns are completely random and related to the core of the workout. Workout often consists of 2 parts with the same exercises. Plus, the app always asks you for feedback which goes nowhere and is super annoying then you need to click thru it 3x each workout. No planning on renewing the subscription.

mod apk So far I can say this is the best app for fitness junkies as well as less fit people that want to seriously get into shape. At last I have found a fitness app that someone at my fitness level can use. Thank you for creating this. Oh and I am impressed by the Nutrition add on. Meals are pretty good...

transformation After using this app for more than 3 years, I decided to purchase the coach last year and the experience is superb. In the last year I've been working out with the coach plans and I managed to gain my fitness goals! In short, it's an amazing app for the dynamic person who wants a nice working out experience. I recommend!

workout This app is helpful that I can exercise at home, not having to think about what I'm going to do. Like the feature of shortening the session when you're short on time. I pay for the coach. It would be good to see what parts of the body are being worked on for each exercise instead of the overall for the session. Sometimes, especially for stretches or holds, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Specifying the stress of the body would be helpful.

vs gym Been very fit my whole life. The movement videos have multiple angles and clear, simple technique instruction. The content library is quite large, variance is not an issue. The paid coaching aspect app is fantastic for people looking to automate programing. The plans self adjusts as your performance shifts and the workouts are very flexible for substitution of exercises or schedule changes. It also provides nutrition, sports psychology, motivation podcasts + more. Love it, great value for $27.99

and running This app truly motivates me to keep on working out and pushing myself. The coach targets the workout to your previous performance and you will definitely get fit when sticking to the program. I especially like the recent additions of equipment, fixed-time workouts and flexibility of excluding exercises or quiet training. I'm not gonna go back to the gym again.

erfahrungen Loved my experience with Freeletics but after a year of using it, I've moved over to another app that includes weights as part of the exercises. I would have loved to stay with Freeletics but I think they need to expand their exercise range to include dumbbells, kettle bells and other weights. I also would like to see a kind of "fitness score" of some sort, allowing me to really track progress and improvement.

workout plan pdf I love the app so far... For me there are a few things missing. On the feed I can't see others workout unless I follow them. That would have been nice to compare my scores with the others. Also some kind of score like vo2 max would help to see our fitness level and with that in mind if the app supports hr trackers such as fitness watches, wrist bands or chest traps and compare our Hr, give some of the workouts according to HR rate would take this app even further...

free The app is great. Makes you feel motivated to keep a sporty lifestyle. Workouts are adaptable to your condition, and always push your limits, I love that. Very intuitive and easy to use. It is better with friends because you see their progression. Having said this, there is room for improvement, especially regarding running. After you finish your running session, you can't access the information of the workouts (GPS data, or even the pace at each kilometer). The app should make it available

Best workout app if ure only having u're home , a mat and u're own body to work out. Great collection of signature exercises and it never gets boring. Best part is how the coach module takes the mental aspects of the training seriously!! Hands down the best out there !!

As an enthusiast with a consistent routine, I first tried this app through the lockdown in 2020. Haven't found the need to go back to the gym even after a year almost. Much more time efficient, and the routine keeps me on my toes. I'm also allowed to adjust the time and exercise if I'm not feeling up to the sets on any particular day. Since it's self-training though, I'd recommend starting with the basic sets and moving up from there. Do make sure to check the videos on form to avoid injury.

I got stung $180 for an app I haven't used for 11 months. When I asked for a refund they refused. They said "we try to be as fair and transparent as possible with our users". A transparent company would send a simple notification a few days before the renewal date. An unethical company traps users by burying their renewal status deep in the app. There's a pandemic, you should feel ashamed. Edit: yes, I contacted support. What am I going to do with a credit? I don't use your app!

I absolutely love this app. I've never been able to motivate myself enough for long enough to be regular at the gym. But with the no equipment, body weight training Freeletics gives, it is hard to find an excuse to not exercise. I've also found the ability to 'adjust' your workout really helpful. I ended up straining my triceps and loved that Freeletics had the option of finding me a session which would avoid stressing the triceps. On my way to a fitter self thanks to Freeletics.

I maintain that this is overall a pretty damn good fitness app. I'm happy that they finally added running and the ability to specify the circumstances surrounding your setup, like whether or not you have space to do certain exercises on your pullup bar. I'd appreciate it if they added dip bar based exercises as well. That'd pretty much make the app perfect as far as I'm concerned.

Good app for those people who are determined to get strong, lose weight, or maybe gain weight. (In my situation, I'm trying to lose weight.) I do workouts 5 times a week. 20-30 mins a day. I don't have any equipments but still managed to lose 3kgs in almost 3 weeks. But with proper eating habits also. No junk foods. I'm trying to do the no cheat day and do workouts for 21 days. If you want to make a habit, do something for 21 days straight. And also budget friendly. Helped me a lot! 😊😉

I've been using Freeletics for more than a year now and to be honest, it has improved a lot. The variety of exercises and workouts makes more user-friendly as it can be adjusted to different needs.

Really good app in general, but I'd like if it would let users manually pick the progression they are comfortable with for complex exercises. Also the videos could describe better common mistakes and what to focus on for proper form. I really like the upgrades in the interface though, and the fact that they keep on coming out with new routines and exercises so one doesn't lose motivation! Definitely recommended

It's nice to have a flexible training journey option available where you can change which days you train on each week. The visual demonstrations with each different exercise are really helpful especially for people who may not have done much training before. This app can also be very informative with training tips and mindfulness audio sessions. Overall it's an excellent package being offered by this app.

Been using Freeletics for quite a long time now and I'm still enjoying it. The team behind the app is continuously improving it so you're in good hands. I tried both free and paid plans and personally would never go back to free.

The app is good and the workouts are great and the algorithm adjusts with time but a few things that de-motivate me from starting the app are UI, I cant finish an old missed work out, too many buttons and sections and so many Ok presses to just finish a damn workout session. The UI needs less navigation please. The amount charged is wayy too much. I can follow a similar workout schedule using Nike apps for free.

2021-03-27T08:48:02.101Z
The app has major stability problems, if the screen is not always on it doesn't count the time or de distance when doing a routine. Besides, sometimes it crashes and erases the progress so it fix your exercise program from incomplete information. Nevertheless the programs are really good.

I am a big fan of Freeletics! It has helped me become into the best shape of my life basically using only my bodyweight and a mat. I have enjoyed Freeletics for the past 6 months now and I've never had definition in my body before like I do now. I like the fact that you can adapt every session to your needs - make it easier or harder, adjust the time you spend exercising, availability of equipment or the lack thereof, excluding certain body parts, space restrictions. Thank you Freeletics!

Great app. Tough as you'd like it to be. Good way to build endurance. If your doing alot of bar work make sure to over grip if you are doing alot or you'll tire out your inner medial elbow like i did. GRIP strong and PULL. Good app

Excellent app, with tons of great exercises. The only drawback is on running mode, the GPS tracking is poor and flawed.

Good app. Wish there was a way to track your progress, how much your lift was when started journey compared to finish. Could use more weight exercises, dumbells choice of buying your own workouts. Getting great results following the coach journeys.

Despite subscription, absolutely non sense. The training sessions have not proper interface to bein with. The app before even showing the type of execises, hell bent on demanding money. Never felt so bad with spending money. Absolutely not recommended.

I would rate this app a three and thats because; one it keeps giving you the same exercises over and over again which really makes it boring after a while. if you looking to learn Calisthetics then this app really isnt for you. Also I have seen some inporvment on my body but its really not that much, I was expecting this app to be fun and just overall exiting but it really starts to get boring after the 4 week and you just dont want to do it anymore.

I don't normally believe in this sort of thing. But after six months of regularly following this program the difference in my body was significant. A year on I am stronger than I have ever been, I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Be careful, they don't notify you about the forced auto renew and don't refund you if you don't cancel before. It is a scam.

Added one star because now you can exclude particular exercises, that you can't do (either because of injury or difference in equipment). Great work! App has lots of programs with or without equipment. Solid app with good UI and it's connected to Google Fit. I wish it would be connected with Garmin and that it would not be so tied in into the week (I don't have a rigid schedule, every week is different for me). Also could be a bit cheaper, but hey – Black Friday deals somewhat make up for that.

I've been using freeletics for a year now and I can say I'm quite happy with it. Even though the exercises seem to be quite similar after a while, it is important to note that they still make you strengthen your core properly. They're also updating regularly and bringing in new stuff. Pro tip: use the discounts they're offering cuz then it becomes quite affordable :)

After using this app for a while, and it was a great app while i used it, i set it aside and forgot about it. It turns out that the auto renewal was on and today i received a message that an ~80 euro payment was made to Freeletics. I requested a refund (an hour or so passed since payment was done) and was responded that i will not get a refund. Does this seem reasonable? Auto renewal and a pretty quick request and still no refund?

Creates a good workout schedule for you making it easier to achieve your fitness goals. The videos showing you how to perform excercises are great, but big. 5 stars if you make it possible to get the text instructions without the video. I would like to see support for swimming and/or cycling.

This app is decent, but I feel the functionality isn't as good as it could be. Videos are are really and the workouts seem well sttuctured. However the videos don't download well (not an issue with my internet), the feedback options are very rigid (I can perform the moves. I'm just not fit enough to do them all, but that's not an option) and you can't finish a training session part way (either have to skip through so it looks like you did it all or cancel the whole thing). Room for improvement

2021-02-19T18:32:45.966Z
Really great app, it takes your data and assesses your fitness and the equipment you're using to modify your program accordingly. Also you can modify the training session if it's too easy or too hard. The only suggestion I would make is to allow the ability change the difficulty within a training session, then it would be PERFECT. HENCE THE 4 STAR REVIEW. otherwise, it's a great app if you want an effective training and you don't want to think about your program or hire a personal trainer.

Love it. I set myself challenging achievable goals and Freeletics helps me meet them. Good variety of exercises which mean I don't lose interest and mostly takes less than 40 mins per day which fits in great with home and work schedules. The results are noticeable within weeks.

I have used Freeletics on and off for years. But this is my first time with the paid coaching version. I have been really pleased with it over all. It gives generates the program for you. But the app gives you lots of opportunity to adjust to your own fitness levels. Has a broad based set of coaching options be it for strength cardio or fat loss. A very varied mix of excerises. That are constantly being updated to keep things interesting.

Not a great app. Overly elaborate with very little focus on hypertrophy. If you are looking to get the body of a little boy with giant legs then this is the app for you. Also the format is excruciating as the workouts take far too long with no attempt to shorten the workouts with supersets. If you accidentally stop a workout, you cannot pick up where you left off and are forced to go through long useless warm ups. Maybe good for cyclists. But if you want to build muscle, look elsewhere.

I'm actually very satisfied with the app in general. I've known about Freeletics for years because friends of mine used it regularly. I always was too scared to try because I neither am nor look fit in the slightest. I started it a little over three months ago to lose weight and I've never skipped a workout, I finished my first training journey and I can do push-ups for the first time in my entire life. Sadly, I haven't lost weight but my entire friend circle is on the app now and we love it.

Don't buy this. If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I tried to cancel, but the way it's set up makes it basically impossible. I signed up for 1 year at a discount to try the app, didn't use it that often, and couldn't cancel so it charged me for a second year at more cost. I've tried to contact customer service and only get an automated reply.

Very inflexible customer service. My subscription renewed automatically. I contacted them within the hour to reverse it. They responded right away with an auto-reply that basically said Too bad, too late. along with a patronizing note that "there was a reason you started with Freeletics. Your goals are still waiting for you" Yes there was a reason, and now there is a reason I would like to cancel my subscription.

Freeletics has been awesome to use while gyms have been closed. I can workout in a small space at home, with no equipment needed, but I still feel like I am getting a good workout. The workouts are around 20 minutes long so they fit my day perfectly. This is also a good app to supplement a weight training program since the workouts are short.

This app has been a great tool for keeping me in shape during the quarantine period. Echoing another comment I saw below, the stretching/cooldown section of the routine does feel like it's rushing you through. I have to scramble from one stretch to the next in 5 seconds which isn't a whole lot of time if you are trying to do it properly. Would be nice of the app paused after the time was up and let the user decide when the next stretch begins so I can get in the proper position

I used this application a few years back when training with reasonable success and have decided to give it another go. I am starting from the beginning due to not doing anything intense for awhile because of injury. The app has improved, it's really straight forward to use and very informative. *Edit* since they've added stretching and mobility, which was my only gripe a few weeks ago, I'm back to bump to 5* great stuff!!

Nice coach function with very challenging but rewarding sessions. With little equipment, I am able to follow a great strength training plan. This app helped me love to train... love/hate 😆. Also, my understanding is that the "free" in freeletics refers to the freedom to work out almost anywhere. I think it's very unreasonable for anyone to assume that the trainers & developers involved shouldn't be paid or rewarded for their work. The coach pricing is fair and better than a gym membership.

Used to love this app, but too greedy owners. A lot of the workouts that used to be free, now costs and the most simple basic exercises costs, not just the full workouts, but the single one type of exercise. Plus that the triceps dips on a bench is missing. That's why only 2 stars. Because of the greediness.

Your "coach" DEMANDS your feedback after EACH PART of one workout session (5-6 parts each session) First with a scale on which to rate if you did every repetition with correct technique, and then you have to actually write to your robot coach giving your feedback about the 2-5 min activity you just did. So you end up giving feedback 10x times per workout session and there's no effing way yo skip it or it considers it as you quitting the session. Can't deactivate it either. I HATE IT.

It's great! The workouts are adapted to you and your skill but doesn't compromise intensity. The only thing I don't like are the personal bests. It makes you go fast and often you can lose the effectiveness of the workout since your trying to beat your own time. New note: it would be really beneficial if you have been stuck on one certain workout ie one armed pushups for a extended time. Freeletics should update it and change the skill progression, cause it can be quite frustrating to be stuck

Neat design, the new demonstration videos are amazing. It helps me staying motivated and focused on my training schedule. The coach knows your level quickly and adjusts the intensity accordingly. For me this put home workouts on a new level, as I normally do not invest the necessary time to come up with new workouts that still test my limits. Can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Best training app, for both, new and fit people, you can customize your exercises depending on your need and wish, and besides that you can customize it further depending on the level of your fitness and also depending on your health. It's great, I have used it in the past and in 8 weeks i saw big results in my body, I had to rest for a couple of years due to an injury I had but I am back now

It's an amazing app....comple in itself, in every possible way. It eggs you on, motivates you to be your better version at every step. It's like you have a constant companion to push you...it's often forgiving if you can't meet the targets...but it brings back the same workouts...till you better your timings! The Only thing it asks of you is your commitment! It's simply an awesome app...and the websiteis awesome too! Thank you, team freeletics.

Total fitness game changer! The app isn't perfect, but it is by far the most motivational and addictive one I have used. I have been an active gym user anywhere from 3 to 7 days a week for 15 years, but it is easy to get lost in the decision of what to do next and drag your a%& around and not get any real work done. You owe it to your mind and body to get this app and use it...NO EXCUSES! Even if you just have 5 minutes, take a big hit off the universe and buckle down for 5.

Freeletics really does act as that personal trainer you want, but with an affordable subscription. The routines will take you to the edge of your limits in a way training independently fails to do, and each training program provides tangible progress. In my opinion, the updates provided since I first subscribed have been excellent. In the future, I hope the providers work on supporting subscribers with nutrition programs so that results can be further enhanced.

Not too expensive. Really great virtual personal trainer. Can personalise the workouts every day for any situation. Say you needed to train early in the morning and needed to be quiet, or your legs are too sore from the last workout, the app will tailor your workout to better suit your needs. From someone who did next to no exercise, really helped me build my fitness levels up when I stuck with it. Never thought I'd ever be able to do that many push ups! 👍✨

Improvement is always appreciated but this is amazing. I'm blown away and love it. I increased my strength and stamina by a lot. Didn't see any changes in my body though. No reduction in belly fat even after 6 months. But that's not on you guys, that's on me and my body. I wish we had the option to decide whichever day we want to rest because I have rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts. And almost every week there's a day when it gets difficult to keep up.

This is not remotely worth paying for. I can't even get the app to function correctly at all, Cust. service will not help you or refund you. It has no options to swap out exercises, repeats the same boring set every day, crashes constantly. No notification options, inaccurate tracking, doesn't have the promised customization w/your equipment, the meal plan isn't allergy friendly & very limited. Customer service is so difficult to reach and I couldn't get it refunded. Waste of $ and it's BROKEN!

Warm-ups are a bit extreme in my opinion, sometimes I'm already out of breath after "warming up". Some exercises you have to be careful on when it comes to bones and joints. I had to watch it with my knees and spine on a couple. Other than that, great app for being stuck at home and wanting to stay fit

It is an incredible app! It really makes me become more fit. The latest updates are awesome, you can just select the equipments you have and the training is adapted to your settings. However, I don't recommend for beginners, since there is no physician supervising your movements. Wrong movements might lead to injuries.

Pro: I like that it suggests different workout everyday Con: 1. There's only 3 sec to get prepared for next action, i usually missed the first 3 sec, or more if i need to get my equipment. I wish there's an option to edit the time 2. There's no preview video for the next action, so it takes some time to get into another position (again 3 sec prep time is not enough) 3. It is too silent, no additional instruction on where to focus, breathing tips or which muscle should feel the stretch.

Using this app for a long time and like it. But every single time when i faced some trainings like knee jump, bear walk etc.. i mentioned them as i couldnt achieve at the end of the all session these are included. However in the ongoing training sessions the workouts that i mentioned as not applicable for me are still facing to me.. the question is so basic, if you will not change anything why you are asking at the end of the all sessions? Kidding with us?

Excellent app - I am totally into freeletics!!! The only thing that really bugs me is, that there is no app for smartwatches available (except applewatch, but since I'm so apple user...). This would be totally amazing, because sometimes (e.g., outdoor) the handy is not very comfy... I am asking for such an app for almost a year and I am sure I'm not the only one who would love this app - it is time ;-)

Only using the App a couple of weeks now. I have just signed up for the 3 month coach with No nutrition add on. Seems to be well put together with some very easy work outs, in terms of minimal equipment required. So basicly you can just get the app and start training in your sitting room. Some nice features like meditation and technique help. Only negatives I can find so far is you can't search single sessions by muscle group, and it does not tell you what muscles they work when in that option

Freeletics is the best: infinitely customizable, with workout plans to suit any goal, fitness level, ability, space, time, or weather, and the developers are improving it all the time. Since moving my training to our newly renovated garage gym during C-19, Freeletics has been the centerpiece and we look forward to many great years to come.

Not for me. Can't give feedback on warmup, so it continues to give me exercises I can't do. Also hoped that I could instantly tell the app that for example plank exercises don't work for me (because of my wrists), but I can't. The workouts are pretty boring, they just don't keep me interested. Also it keeps giving me knee pushup skill progression, I'm not making progress as I'm unable to make a single rep like the animation shows, yet no advice or supporting exercise. Dreading next workout..

I subscribed to the balanced burn program so I can cut before I start lifting heavy again. I like the fact there are different workouts and never the same one back to back. It appears to favor lower body instead of splitting upper and lower on consecutive days. I prefer a split type routine. Some of the excercises are pretty advanced and would be difficult for most people to properly do.

I am so happy with this app 😊 during quarentine it has been the perfect solution to stay active. They guide you during the whole process and they motivate you to continue. Even after quarentine I will continue with this app, easy to use , good excersises that can be done at home and that keep you motivated. It would be cool if they link the app with our smart watches so we can have a nice follow up of our exercise . Thank you freethlerics you made my life better

I do not recomend this app to anyone. First of all, like someone already mentioned, theres not enough time between exercises and they're too short. Second of all, i used it for a couple of months, almost a year and guess what, no change at all. Third of all, sometimes it gets really confusing, and tells me to do exercises using equipment, even tho i said i dont wanna use them. I could give it 2 stars but sadly its not worth it.

I was a bit sceptical at first but once I had made the payment and started my coaching I was so excited to keep going! I've just started my fourth week of the Freeletics coach and the coaching has been so good and I already feel more energetic and my body feels better than before. I recommend this to anyone who wants to start on a training journey! Update Feb, 14 2021: Still using Freeletics and I'm really happy with how good it is. The training sessions are good and I love how good the app is

The app is great, the payment is horrible though. There are so many awful apps out there, so being sceptical is understandable. But this app wants you to pay such a huge amount of money, for something you dont know youll like. If payments were to be made monthly, this app would get 5 stars.

It's a great app however it would be nice that the user could change some excersices in a routine. For example for me it's not good to do high jumps (because my knees hurt) but I cannot change this. The other thing, it would be nice to have complete journeys with the new feature (by time).

My subscription automatically renewed without me agreeing. When I emailed them and asked them to deactivate my account and issue a refund, they refused. I don't have a job at the moment and I feel as if this is very unfair and is terrible customer service. When I get my next job I will not be resubscribing to this app. In times like these, companies need to be a little more understanding of their customers situations.

It is an excellent app if you wish to exercise without a PT. The selection of exercises is huge and the circuits are excellent way of doing exercises. One suggestion : it would be great if it is possible to show which part of body (primary and secondary) does one exercise concentrate on.

My most hated feature is that you HAVE to post how you did in your workout to your wall, even if you don't intend to have anyone see it. It's most annoying because in order to move to the next set you have to: Confirm you're finished, say how you did, say if you declare you did it perfect, share your workout, and confirm that you're done. You better like burpees if you don't have equipment. Tonight's workout wanted me to do 150 burpees, 25 at a time.

SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY! I accidentally purchased this app with annual subscribtion last year, but didn't use at all as I found other methods to keep my fitness steady. After 1 year in, without any reminder i realized the renewal invoice of 159 Euro, trying to cancel my subscription and I am told it's not possible. Is this the way you are locking your users, if i am not using this app, why are you locking me in your service and not refunding me? Miserable lock-in methodology. Stay away at all costs.

Accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription renewal and was told that there is a no refund policy. Know that in a pandemic, there are more concerning things to do than to cancel a subscription. Update your dumb policy to cater for the times we are living in. Don't be so greedy and money hungry.

Unfortunately, they're unable to refund client for recurring Coach subscription payments according to their policies. When you purchased your Coach subscription it was stated that the subscription renews automatically, unless you cancel it before the end of the chosen subscription period. They will renew your subscription automatically and you can't refund your money. NOT RECOMMENDED

This was my third and last attempt with freeletics. I pay for the coach, fill in my details, unfit and 58 years old, which i assume are taken into account by the coach, and then i get workouts that a fit 28 year old would be pushed to do. Tell the coach it was to hard, lower intensity and a couple of days later the same exercises are back. If you are young, or relatively fit, great app. If you are of the older generation, not worth the money for the coach, even with its latest customizations.

NO WARNING CHARGE... REFUND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE....The app charges automatically the full length of the course despite the misleading charged amount/week... after the 7 day trial I got charged 60 euros without a warning and a refund was not acceptable an hour after the subscription charge and asked for my money back. I feel scammed...

Is definitely keeping me on track and getting fitter - something I can really see happening thanks to the personal best recordings - but I wish it had an option in the coach to include resistance bands to allow for further inclusion of upper body and not just pull up bar that I can't have in my rented accommodation. The upper body ive been having to add in myself here and there outside of the apps recommended workouts to keep my upper as strong as the rest. But otherwise all good

I'm a 5'4" female weighing 180 pounds. That makes me overweight and even borderline obese. There isn't a single program/journey that is geared towards a beginner and/or a really heavy person like me. Anyone with a little awareness of their bodies can tell that most of the exercises would actually cause injury to someone as heavy as I am. That's discouraging and the impression I got is this app was made by extremely fit people for pretty-fit people to become super models. Regret the subscription.

I got a good workout from the main exercises but struggled with the warm up and warm down exercises. I found it frustrating I couldn't give feedback on these in the app, and it shows no alternative if you don't have the mobility for certain exercises without leveling down the whole workout.

This app since I use it constently upgrate and the virtualcoach is very good. Why? Because after each excercises it will ask how hard was it for you and if you did correctly the right movement. After you to be honest... if you say it is too easy for you when it's no, you will probably regret it next week.

This is a great app. That fact that you can pretty much tailor made your training to exercise wherever you are makes it super easy to stick with your travel journey! I have struggled for years to stick with any fitness activities on the long run but Freeletics made it! The only downside of the program is the warmup and cooldown. How the app uses stretching is pretty off in my view: they are included in warmups (yes, in warmups), yet in the cooldown part they are extremely short. All in all it still worth the price. I just ignore the warmup and cooldown part. :)

Love the app The bad: telling "your coach" about what you actually struggled on isnt so easy. If you dont just know how to donan exercise you have tondownload the exercise and review it before doing it The great: great workouts! you just click on one and go for it. You can have prescheduled days you just do what they want you to and do more before and or after. Ive done bodyweight workouts so much i can make my own workouts but using this app ive found i work out a lot better

Best Fitness App ever - Who needs the gym when you have an app that narrows in on your personal goals (it even adapts each session based on the results you give back each session) The training methods provided in this app beat anything that go on in the gym. Been working out at home with freeletics since 2015 and I can say I don't think I could live without this app! Freeletics has made me keep up with my desired body shape and provided me a sense of well being. The workouts made me strong every single day!

It seems fairly customizable, which is fantastic. However, you can only subscribe to one "journey" at a time. None of which fully encompasses what I'm after.

Great variety in exercises and works to your level of fitness. Very customisable as to what equipment you have available to you. I'm seeing and feeling my results already.

I'm very happy to train with freeletics! it's been more than 2 years now, and I like the last big update with all these new exercises added. Every new coach round is new and interesting for me and I always can count on a proper experience which matches my fitness level

Like so many others got charged with auto renewal without any notification. Emailed requesting cancellation and refund right away but immediately got an auto reply saying they cannot refund (no reason). After reading all the reviews wrote to the CEO as well for help but no response. Really pathetic customer service.

Is good! But I would like to have more variety of exercises, and not to give a feedback everytime that i do the same exercise, i would love it even more if they include weights. Now is even better, is possible to do it with dumbells, congratulations!

so worth it. love it. Thank you for improving it to allow one to get into position before the start of an exercise. Videos take time to load. It used to load within seconds now it says video file is too big? Odd. Still an awesome app

I didn't sign up for the paid subscription renewal, but thought seeing as it came up on my bill and I can't figure out how to cancel it, I'd check it out. Gyms are closed here due to covid, and I don't own a weight bench, bar or rack system, so the paid coahing program seems utterly useless. I also can't find.how to get a refund or how to cancel it. Super dissatisfied and feel scammed.

Hoping for the app to have a log to track personal strength goals and achievements for weight lifted and reps performed. Some warm up and cool down require mobility which I do not have. Hoping that an alternative exercise maybe provided for those that are unable to follow the program. Also alternative suggestions to workouts which maybe too difficult to achieve with a simple touch should be provided. This will make the app more robust and more worthwhile the subscription.

I have been using freeletics for.over two years and it is phenomenal. Great coach tool that adapts future workouts based on the recent past and includes excellent 8 to 12 week programs that are geared to your goals. I recommend it for anyone, whatever your age or fitness level.

It would be beneficial if an actual real person checked in with you every now and then based on your goal. Eg. If you wanted to lose weight they could say something ask how it's going etc. Need more real person feedback not just bots

Really good app. Creates a good daily discipline. Also, helps when you supplement the exercise with a good diet - this can be through Freeletics Nutrition app or your own diet. I was able to lose 4 kg in two weeks. I will recommend it to anyone.

A very well designed app which acts as a personal trainer. Great results from workouts if you follow them consistently. Really like how the app varies difficulty level based on our feedback.

I've tried a handful of the training programs. They all seem similar enough. I don't like the running plans, the runs have odd intervals. The HIIT is good, lots of burpees.
