OTP to mobile is not received although tried multiple times. One of the worst App, where it asks for writing review for every complaint we rose earlier. Although I gave 10-15 times, it keeps asking whenever I reopen the App. Pity on the developers who developed and Govt Organizations approved it.

We have water problem..We should have got water today bit we didn't.. I wanted to give a complaint in this app.. But the water service option gets stuck on the processing point only.. Very disappointed.. We literally have no water left in our tank.. Thought we would get water today but didn't..!!

after making the payment, receipt not getting generated. Also the grievances tab is just to show off. any grievance which is raised gets closed with standard closure comments as resolved without any action. this is cheating citizens. i am fed up raising the same, but none of the officials r bothered. hope one day someone will look into this

OTP was not received earlier now I am getting OTP but not moving to next step. Trying to login from past 1 week but unsuccessful. Worst experience.

Disgusting app and people App keeps bloody crashing nor the people who your complaint is alloted to responds properly and you can't even check the bloody status of your complaint, they come rushing to collect taxes and bills but give a damn about people living in boud uppal, sorry but your app and your service sucks big time.
