We can work to correct that. Weaker in the back than in the chest? We can address that. Hamstrings too tight? Want to develop the biceps or the glutes? Can only workout in a few windows during the week? BodBot can handle it all, and your workouts will reflect all of these needs. We're committed to providing you with the best possible training plan and the very best workouts. More than this, if you miss a workout, or if you decide to go hiking on a whim, we can integrate this new information and update your training plan accordingly. The plan lives and breathes with you and for you.

Let’s get started.

THE best app to complement your weight loss journey! I have struggled losing weight with PCOS for years and this app helps me get the most out of my workouts without going overboard and injuring myself. A lot of people, including myself, struggle with finding the motivation and determination to get off the couch and start working out. I've found that having a structured program ready for you makes it a lot easier to make this first step! Less thinking, more doing! The pricing is more than fair and beats all the competition hands down! Definitely give the 7 day trial a shot, I guarantee the subscription is worth it!

I have been recommending this app to friends and family. It has really helped me get more active. I love that it lets you chose what equipment (if any) you have at home (or the gym) and chooses exercise regimens that use what you have. There are a lot of body-weight and stretching-based exercises. Even without a paid subscription this tool is awesome. I do wish it was easier to tweak a workout. For example, on a day when it prompted me to do biking sprints, we were having a severe thunderstorm. It was easy enough to remove that exercise but it would have been nicer if I could choose to swap it with something like my (indoor) rowing machine.

This app has the potential to be brilliant, but is currently average. No matter what settings you ask for it is extremely reluctant to give any meaningful barbell work when you start - regardless of prior experience. I realise I may need to be patient as it builds up - but as a Powerlifter who just wanted to integrate some flexibility exercises this is far from ideal. If I do my lifting outside the app then BodBot replicates the same body parts. The worst part is the non-existent support. Sign up with Google then you cannot login to the web application as it does not recognise the password and does not offer the same login options as the app does. Three attempts to get Support to respond have went unanswered. The website invites you in with watch support but this is not available for WearOS so no good for Android users. All the forums seem dead, as does the development potential. I wish I could have found these problems within the 7 day trial but I did not. So I have now paid for 12 months for something I am likely to stop using soon. I will be happy to revise my review and rating if the problems are down to my ignorance and Support actual respond. But as it stands, this is only good if you are a beginner who does not want to adapt a prior routine and you are fortunate enough to not use the Google method for account creation..

The app doesn't show what exactly you have to do, nor does it explain the exercise. Also doesn't tell you what to watch out to for to do it right, what you could do wrong. Deinstalled after first used because there are so many better out there

Seriously best app. I started using bodbot knowing NOTHING about weight lifting. The tutorials are so beginner friendly and if you can't do certain excercises you can swap out for different ones. Sure there are some workout videos missing, but I didn't really find them to be a problem. I just switched to another thing I knew how to do or had a video.

This app has been a game changer for me! I struggled going to the gym just because I loathed building and tracking workouts. The only reasons it's not getting 5 Star: 1. It's missing some fairly common workouts/lifts 2. It doesn't account for the fatigue it causes. It might give you a workout where you'll do Lunges, Squats, Hip Thrusts, Deadlift all in a row but won't adjust the projected weight 3. You can't substitute workouts during your rest time

  7. Test Test-avatar

    Test Test

Big fan. It's the only workout app that doesn't cause imbalances/eventual issues for me. It's superior to any exercise app out there. They listen to your feedback, so it's worth giving them a shout. Side note: I attempted to make another account when mine stopped working. (It's fixed now.) I was surprised to find a lot of ads. So much so that I felt I was recommending spam to a friend. I rather not scare away ppl with a poor first impression. Still, it's worth paying for this quality app.

I am a woman and want to target my glutes and legs. I set my muscle preferences to the quads, hamstrings, glutes and the muscle in between legs, and my goal to "build muscle mass and size". However, the regime from week to week is still very upperbody dominant, maybe getting in a couple of leg exercises per week. if I change it to "work on these muscles & nothing else" it gives me the same couple of hamstring exercises over and over again. I love this app but am drifting as it seems male centred

At first the app was the perfect one for it's job, and after a while I purchased the pro version as well. The moment I bought the app, I was disappointed. You can't set how many increments your dumbbells go up or down, all exercises which eventually become easy the reps goes up to 80 at a time, the app itself is full of bugs, navigation sucks. It seems to me after a year or two of use, it is just an app which has a ton of potential but has a team that doesn't really care about fitness.

  10. Newb Tools-avatar

    Newb Tools

They'll take your money before the trial is even over with and make you go through hoops to get it back. They refer you to Google support for a refund but Google will deny any refund for an app that you've had for more than 48 hours, which is bogus since some trials for apps last up to a week. App said it would charge my account after the trial ended but charged me the day of instead and haven't given me my money back. Be careful if this app and their "free trial"!
