    The trial was super awesome. I love the workouts and I'm pretty into fitness so I know what I'm talking about. But after the trial ended.. even though the subscription was paid for for a year... It just kind of stopped working. Doesn't tailor my workouts anymore. Doesn't adjust it difficulty. Doesn't keep track of any of my data regardless of my insistence it do so. The workouts you never change and are very easy. Complete ways to 70 bucks I feel bad for referring people to the app.

    I have been recommending this app to friends and family. It has really helped me get more active. I love that it lets you chose what equipment (if any) you have at home (or the gym) and chooses exercise regimens that use what you have. There are a lot of body-weight and stretching-based exercises. Even without a paid subscription this tool is awesome. I do wish it was easier to tweak a workout. For example, on a day when it prompted me to do biking sprints, we were having a severe thunderstorm. It was easy enough to remove that exercise but it would have been nicer if I could choose to swap it with something like my (indoor) rowing machine.

    Pros: - smooth UI - ability to customize what you want to focus on (strength, flexibility, cardio, etc.) and what particular muscles you want to work on - lets you replace exercises with ones that accomplish something similar, selected from what is usually a long list with a lot of options Con: - sometimes the videos conflict with the picture and/or with the written directions, and I end up not knowing which version to do.

    This app has potential but as someone recovering from a knee injury I would like to be able to indicate that I want to avoid excessive use of that joint in my exercises. Also it keeps modifying my workouts saying that I don't have enough steps but I often do not have my phone on me (google fit tracking) so the step count is not accurate and is being perceived as lower than actual. I would like to turn this feature off because it is annoying

    I literally love this app. The best one I have found so far and I have downloaded and bought at least a dozen different ones. I love working with the bar and I love the ability it gives you to interchange different exercises to allow you to use the equipment you want to use. It is so easy to use and very intuitive. So worth the money!

    I did some outward arm extensions and calf exercises. Most of this stuff I never do and I learned so much about my limits on flexibility and today is my first day working to improve them. I'm also starting to record what I eat and if it's not here I can add it to the app. I'm honestly impressed. This does such a great job tracking stats. It's inspiring and gives me a lot of hope.

    DO NOT USE It's been 2 years that I've been using this app and it hasn't been updated or the big fixed. I realized that i just got used to all it's bugs and got really good at avoiding them which is just sad. I think the developers are treating this as a side money Hussle and for the most part abandoned it.

    Love the app make everything easy combines numbers science and health. An all in one app how ever PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow hook up to Samsung health Google fit never tracks my activity correctly. I love this app but the fact that now I have to deal with a false record of steps and activity will affect how this app works for me.

    Just incredibly buggy and keeps getting worse, to the point of being too annoying to use. Constant frustrations, from timers that suddenly stop to not being able to track or add exercises to a workout.
