After updating the app I was unable to make fund transfers for accounts I used to transfer before. It kept saying "beneficiary bank is not supported for the selected fund transfer method" (whenever I select "fund transfer method", "online" and "schedule one time") I tried transferring using another bank account and it worked. So it seems there's no issue with the beneficiary bank, just BOC.

Worst Banking app ever seen, transections (for the urgent purpose) done in yesterday are still processing. Had to call customer care, instruction given by them is "do the transactions again". Have to be careful when using this app. While transferring sometimes app says "Request timed out", but still under processing. If we try further, suddenly money will be deducted by this app. Best thing is once we got this kind of error msg staying without trying again and again.

This app has problems with usage. Error messages appear during use. In some cases, incorrect account balance messages are received after the transfer of funds. I do not recommend this app.

Stuck in the loading screen... The UI is really outdated. Also it's illogical having to input the User ID every time you open the app when just the password, a pin or fingerprint would be more than sufficient. Functionality is there but done in an amateur manner rather than to a high grade that one would except from Sri Lanka's main bank.

Have to be careful when use this app, sometimes it says transactions can not carried out..but still under processing... if we try further once or twice.., suddenly it will deduct money for our entire no of processings...In that time we can see that BOC dealing with people's money without any caring...If the transaction is still under processing App should mentione us...Make sure if you see that kind of error msg, try not to process the transaction that error occured again and again...

WORST banking app ever seen. Even though there are updates receiving on play store I haven't seen any Update, the UI is outdated. Just after few seconds Login In we need to reenter the Username and the Password. And when transferring money pop-up message comes "Request timed out" In an Emergency the best thing is, go to the bank and do the Transaction🚶♂️..... Try to improve the App ! (Or else Rename it as - BOC SUPER SLOW MOBILE BANKING APP🥴👍)

worse banking app ever, password cannot be resetted without bank contact. its session times are very low and not practical. when resetting password app is asking secret questions that we never provided earlier. user interface is worse. looks like its done by a child. please check NTB frimi app and please learn. so frustrating.

Very poor app. I have some errors with joinging and called to call center also. They said "we will call you within 15 minutes" and you didn't even attempt or contact me. Poor app.poor service

Poor, super slow and whenever in emergency it gives some errors like "could not connect to the server. Closing the application". Really frustrate with the service with both web portal and mobile app.
