The app has difficulties to process properly the ID documents, especially if it is not a DNI, aparently spelling your name correctly can also be tricky. Any problem? Be ready, it is time consuming!You must wait 24h for any feedback.

They have messed the app up and I can't enter or control my money. It looks like they have rolled out an updated version that has created more security features but gets stuck in a loop and never let's you enter your account. This needs rolling back immediately. A week later though, still the same problem.

A very useful system. It is really helpful when working abroad, it not only helps you to have an extra safe way to access the money or to pay, and also It is cheaper than some Spanish bank regarding commission when withdrawing cash. I tried also the "partner service" to buy pounds, the experience was not very satisfactory.

Be warned if you have a NIE and a British passport the App won't work. It doesn't seem to recognise that the Nie and passport number are different. Hopefully they will fix it. (update: They seem to have gixed this issue )

The app works good totally. Being abroad I experienced problem of using card of B'next and was desperate to solve the problems since it was my only way to pay my expenses there. It wasn't quick but the team online solved my question in 1 week after all. Not bad and i am totally satisfied with their work !

They didn't allowed me to open an account, the customer support was not responsive and didn't provided any solution to my problem (Couldn't validate my account). After 1 week with no communication, they asked me if I could give them a 5 star ranking at Playstore...

Not very useful. Can't send money to bank accounts easily. Very poor customer service. Promise something then 2 weeks later someone asks again, then says its done, but it isn't. Il stick to revolut thanks
