My expensive 550xt keeps hanging up calls randomly. Most times it's when it's important. I've updated to the new firmware and does it worse. I then went and bought a new one stamped 21 on the inside of the headset did not update it and its done it a dozen times in 2 weeks. This needs to be figured out because they are great otherwise, but I'm ready to throw them away and go to a different brand. Please get this issue fixed!!

Got this for a B550xt and its microphone NEVER worked, its microphone NEVER EVER worked, and yet it was packed and shipped. Had my tongue been removed, and I had to consider headphone alone, I would give the device the same review. It took guts to ship something this bad, and software too stupid to help, even as freeware. An eternal pox on this company. And I'm a retired electronics engineer with patience. Takes a lot to be this annoyed.

Poorly designed app. Lacks media control functions to control my music player such as being able to pause/resume playing music with a press of the blueparrot button or being able to skip tracks. My $45 dollar Chinese brand headset can do this easy versus a $200+ dollar b550-xt flagship headset model and the mediocre functions this substandard app adds to it.

Works good , when it works. This is a very handy app to have for the headset. But it doesn't always work. Shuts down on it's own. Won't connect to the headset at times .

What a junk azz app. Who made this piece of shyt. Do better people, make this app to were its usable so I can change what the blue button does. The device is clearly connect but when I want to choose an option it say it can find a supported device. I guess junk is the best they offer. Update. Sent the headset back for a refund. There is no foreseeable fix to the problem. Went back to a competitor that has better features.

You have to have the app open in the foreground on anything newer than Android 10. And your phone screen cannot be off or locked as that does not allow it to work either, so it defeats the purpose of the app. Would be nice if it would work I mean it is a matter of hands-free safety

Can't find a good use for the app, the walkie talkie function is basically a bad WhatsApp or telegram but audio only and it serves literally no other function, oh, yes, user guide, but honestly, I'd rather read the papers on the box or download a PDF. Worthless

Slight lag with Google Maps, ear pieces do not fit (silicon ear piece are poorly designed), quality of sound sucks....NOT $100.00 good maybe $60.00 is what it is worth....🤔 Edited a month later from above comment....trashed the Blue Parrot & bought a Plantronics, I'm much happier now...👍

Garbage. The one and only reason I downloaded it was so that I could"program" the Blue parrot button on my 550 XT. And of course it didn't work. It couldn't find any headset connected. it would have been pretty simple to just program the headset to allow the Blue parrot bttn settings be changed with a couple pushes or holding it down, like a watch does. So the fact they've made this mediocre app tells me they just wanted an excuse to collect data. I deleted it after 10 minutes.

My mic doesn't work. It says it's connected but for some reason when I test my mic I can't hear my input and on the app I turned off the mute option. A waste of money and time 😐
