The latest update does not work. I cannot log on at all as the app keeps rotating screen like something from The Exorcist. The screen flashes "sign in" just to torment me, as clicking it does nothing. No trouble with the previous version, but this update is useless. Would give zero stars if I could. Please fix.

It's good, but missing some options. For example, my plan covers crutches, but you won't be able to find it under medical supplies on the app. There's no miscellaneous area to submit and have someone look at it either. Still have to mail that claim in for something so simple!

Unable to tap on submit. So it doesnt work. Also app doesn't tell me what information is missing. So if ther was info missing, the user should get a notification. In my case I tried to submit a claim several times.

App kept closing. Needed to uninstall and reinstall to make it work. Not able to click a few pictures at the same time to upload. Already better now as it accepts more online claims than before. Perhaps covid pushed this improvement faster.

Actually takes longer to submit forms through the app than online. My husband has Medavie Blue Cross and they can just take a pic of the reciept and it automatically fills out the fields. Why can't you be more like your brother??

Used to be 5 stars because I thought the problem was on my end and needed to learn to app. App crashed upon opening now. However before it would never let me use my pdf electronic receipts. None of my files show up no matter where they are saved to. I am forced to print and take a pic using software and then it used to work. Waste of time,energy, and paper. Fix problem please I have sent two separate crash reports.

It was inconvenient to find my provider. When it does not show up, I have to repeat the whole process by entering all information again to do another search despite the fact that I already knew that my provider would not show up. The app should have recorded the previous search so that the search process would not be repeated resulting nothing.

First time trying it, will see how it goes. So far pretty straightforward and easy, except I wonder why I had to reconfirm my direct deposit banking info when I had already done that via web registration. May 17, 2021: app keeps crashing when I hit the Sign In button. No malware or other bad apps on my phone, what's up?

This app rarely opens properly now with the last update. It will auto close when you touch the log in button. It makes it super frustrating trying to submit receipts. I have to force close it several times with the hope it might decide to work properly.
