The app is easy to use and navigate. It shows my past, current, and upcoming orders. I love being able to plan my meals for each week based on my schedule. I also love the flexibility si I can get either a full meal kit or just the protein if I want to be a little creative some weeks. I have been using Blue Apron for over 2 years;I love that there are portioned, WW meals so I can stay on my eating plan, make delicious, creative and innovative dinners, and I dont feel like I am dieting.

Blue Apron has provided meals for my family for almost 8 years now! There have been a few hiccups along the way i.e. missing ingredients and delivery issues. Customer service is instant thru the app or very fast via email. I have never been unhappy with their assistance or the results. We have taken a few breaks but always come back for delicious meals without shopping or planning!

App is nice but several of my meals have been delayed. The first time one of my boxes was delayed I received it melted and room temperature. It really grosses me out to see mistakes made with uncooked food considering how easy it spoils. I've also received a box with missing items in it. Really not pleased with this.

This app is confusing to navigate. I never had a problem trying to make my selections before this app. This thing is confusing as hell. 😕 I just started my subscription back up but we will see if I want to continue. Already have first box coming with wrong meals for me. I have wheat allergy and won't be able to eat the pasta.

Troubles with the app. Doesnt want to let me change things like food choices and payment options. Always seems to default back to old payment method and keeps unwanted items in my cart. Everytime i come back to update it goes back to what ive already changed and saved. Hoping next update fixes this.

It's a scam. I wished I looked at the reviews prior to ordering Blue Apron. For several years, the reviews state the extreme difficulty canceling the subscription, and I can attest that it is a systemic problem. Compared to Hello Fresh, the meals and the quality of ingredients are substandard, which is probably why they feel compelled to force you into keeping their service. If and when I decide to resume home service, it will be with Hello Fresh..food is better and they allow people to cancel.

Very easy put together the meat vacuum sealed spices lemon seasoings put in separate bags then when it shipped to u there a big freezer pak with the Perasibles meats all put in a silver bubble insulated u fold the top like u wrapping the food the other ends so it completely seal shipped in blue apron lab box safely sealed with packing clear wide tape some of its got strong spicy seasonings I can't use so now they have to make a small list of what I can't eat,use.

Too difficult to skip deliveries. Takes multiple tries to skip a date. But going in online is not easy either.

This service and app are garbage. The food was literally thrown in a box and drenched in water from the melted ice pack. The app nor the website are intuitive and provide no obvious link to postpone deliver and they literally make you email them to cancel. Then the response is that you'll have to wait 5-7 days to receive the cancellation instructions. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE customer service. If you find you need to cancel, call the service but expect to wait awhile before they answer.
