Customer support lies about timing of when they will confirm bookings and they are almost impossible to contact. For people who are looking to book and want better Experience .. I'd suggest Porter , blow horn is just a sad man's way to steal your money and time

Although my booking came 90 minutes after the scheduled time. But I thank the support team who helped me out with the situation. And I think they must sign up a few more drivers for quick availability of vehicles. They only missed the 5 star rating because of the timing issue, the remaining aspects were just fine. And I think the app should show when the trip starts and when does it end. All the best.

i would recommend people NOT to use this app as they charge double the fare then the estimated fare at the time of booking. the clocking starts when driver arrives at the source point. the clocking continue even when u load the item which would easly take an hour or so. But the same is not the case when they reach the destination. they wait for u to unload which would take ~45min and end up in paying double then expexted .

My first booking through this was very smooth but after that it turned out into a non responsive app where the trips would get booked but no driver would show up to move my things. A very disappointing experience and this happened to me for 3 of my trips. There is literally no point of scheduling a trip as the drivers are not on time and all 3 times, they did no answer my phone. When I called support to help me out, they responded telling me that they could not reach the drivers and rescheduled the trip and even for that no one turned up! I did not enjoy using this at all and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Had worst experience while shifting. Had scheduled an advance trip, but didn't receive driver details on the date of trip. Support will not pick up the call, chat support would not respond. After multiple calls, finally they arranged a driver after 3 hours. Also, the driver charged extra amount after reaching the destination. Tried calling support but in vain. Had used their services earlier and it was good, but now it seems they got complacent. Would not recommend their service now.

Do they even exist! I made a Booking prior to the date but no-one called for the same. No driver was assigned. Call doesn't connect. No response to chat. At least they should inform if they are not able to provide vehicle. Why waste other peoples time. Do they really care. eventually I have to book another service provider which was quick nd got my job done. If this is how blowhorn works thn ya you are going to get blown from the market soon. Til 2day I didn't get response for my booking I made.

Extremely happy ! Convenient and affordable. Absolutely a great app for booking mini trucks. Helps in avoiding the search for local vendors and price negotiation. Blowhorn solves it quickly, that too at a reasonable price. I would recommend everyone to use this app for booking trucks.

Excellent, reliable service and the rates are so reasonable. Online payment options are available. All drivers that we came across so far are efficient and courteous. We use Blowhorn regularly to send our goods to the Amazon warehouses in Bangalore.

I would have given 0 or -ve rating if that option was there. luggage pickup time was 8am and driver came at 9:30am. And customer care stupid reason is phone is switched off but my mobile was on and I was recieving other calls. How come phn can be switched off when I am using it. And later tempo started from my place 20min before us but reached destination 40min after we reach. This kind of service is not acceptable at all and it's my worst experience coz of which we experienced loss of amount

very good service, i booked the vehicle, though its 10min delayed due to route confusion. i loaded and transported from Arakere to bannerghatta within 35 min, which would have costed me around 550/- with other portals, it coat me 350/- here where my total trip was around 1 hour 6min.. its worth when you plan the time. good job blowhorn. the driver Madhu was extremely polite ans good. worth using. thanks
