Putting an complaint is almost impossible as app starts to blink/flicker/whatever. Scooters are really poorly maintained, lack of grips, loose handlebars, broken "suspension", are quite normal. But still fun to use, as they are the only on in the area. 🙃

App is absolutely shite, I just downloaded it and it says I need an update. I try to register it tells me network request failed. If I press try now instead it just doesn't work, nothing happens. Waste of time smh

Usually the apps work well for me, but in the last few days almost unusable. The boot process already much longer than it used to be, the screen is empty white at least for 8-10 sec. Furthermore I cannot zoom on the map and it's crazy slow when I try to navigate in it. (My phone works properly with every other application.) I hope the issue will be fixed soon. Generally it's a cool app and services congrats!

The map should be more interactive and show you as you ride the scooter where you can park it. During the ride, the map didn't show the green areas where you can leave it, it only showed your location and when I parked it, I couldn't end it because it wasn't in the green zone....I had to remember it, which is pretty hard.... Fix that please..thanks..overall the instructions were simple and great scooter for city errands.

Dear developers, in general I really enjoy using the app, it does the job what it's expected to do. However, I have two usability issues. 1) the map doesn't "follow" the location when you're riding. When you'd like to put the scooter down you need to zoom out from the pickup point and zoom back in to find where you are to see if the scooter can be parked at that location. 2) the map is on a satellite-like view now. It's low-resolution and pixely and looks ugly in general.
