I love blackberry hub for putting all my notifications in one spot, but the app does not indicate it has an unseen notification via a dot on the app like my other apps do. How am i supposed to know if there's unread messages or unseen notifications waiting for me in the hub? And why not make it so I can dial out of the app rather than see my phone calls but then have to go to the phone app to dual a number?

this email app continues to outshine the outlook and a***e products. what would be useful though is a rwvision to some of the options. At the moment, email can be saved for 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 days or forever. If a developer would think about this, is a user really going to select the difference between 3 and 7 days? What would be much more useful is to be able to save email for two months. There's a big difference between 30 days and forever. 60 days is a good compromise.

I love having a smooth, consistent experience with BB email. The only thing I just can't get my head around is not being able to see contact avatars in messages. If I get an email from Jane Smith, I just see a large "J" inside a circle. But if I tap that, it takes me through to the contact info stored on my phone for Jane Smith, complete with her photo. Why can't BB populate these photos into the avatar circles in emails? I even tried using BB Contacts instead of Google Contacts but nope.

I loved Hub so much on my previous Blackberrys that I had to download it when I switched to a non-Blackberry phone. It's so convenient to have all my messages in on spot. The last day however, I am unable to get my emails to sync. The refesh option is no longer available either, unless I access each account individually.

I have always loved the convenience of Blackberry Hub, but even though this app is close, its not quite as smooth as the genuine hub on my Blackberry 10 device. I find contact management can be difficult to sync with Outlook on my PC and there is a start up lag when sending a text through the hub as the native text app boots up. I use this app on my back up phone, LG G4. Still a BB10 fan, and this makes is feel closer to home.

in the hub, selecting an email and choosing invite to meeting does not work. it keeps saying select "calendar is not selected and i have a caldav calendar with blackberry calendar setup. worst part is i installed google calendar and now i can select the event gmail account but i still cant select my other caldav account. Can you fix this?

Update: The Hub is lagging again! Big time!! I open it, and it shows me a white screen for 17 seconds before finally showing my ails. —Then when I click an email, it NC nothing happens for 24 seconds (or more sometimes maybe?), and sometimes I have to just migrate to another app to do something while waiting for the email to simply open. Then the email will open and I interrupt whatever I'm doing with (I'm just happy it finally opened!). Soooooooooooo slow — my *gosh*! Horrible experience! Agh!!

Down to 4 of 5 stars because I cannot comprehend why there is no setting for delivery and read receipts at least for email... it's supposed to be a business and productivity app... (to specify i would like to have the option to ask for a read or received receipt from recipient for my outgoing mail either per individual item or global that can be toggled...thanks). i used to use this feature via MSOutlookMail on windowsPC and miss having PROOF of receipt. i do understand recipient may block.

i just bought the key 2 and started to use the hub. it is nice to see an app to keep all message in a place. however, I found that the hub isn't showing any notifications from social media like whatsapp, is it a bug or it just simply doesn't have that freature? edit: I did have it opened. i just turned it off and on again, see if it works today.

190111: lost email bodies again for 4 days. Opened Tasks, was asked to start "first" one. Nothing from Developer. I'm only going to use Hub to set availability in calendar. Switching to native email. R.I.P, BlackBerry. 181220: downgrading rating from 4 to 2. For the second time, Hub glitched, stripping out email content. For five days, all I get is header and subject line. No content. I was thrilled to get BB Hub, but: 1. It won't allow a custom reminder in Calendar. 2. EMAIL UNRELIABLE.

this app was good before the android pie update but now when i select a call record in hub and try to call them back using the round phone icon at bottom of screen it calls a random unknown phone number. Also since update, new BBM messages aren't picked up by hub, even though they show in notification tray and convo is in hub. attempted to email the support address listed in the app info and got an auto response saying its not monitored. no other support options for free version. please fix!

extremely lags to the point that it's inefficient and no longer usable! I'm always current on updates so I don't know what gives! this is the app that I rely the most on my KEYone so if this doesn't get fixed...

This was a great app and up until the last update I used it all the time. Unfortunately I can now longer send emails but can only receive and view them. I am therefore having to use a different app for my emails which is very frustrating.

Excellent on an actual Blackberry device. But too many problems on my Huawei Mate to list them all (disappearing contacts, e.g. As in gone! Whoosh! Not just missing from the Hub but wiped from the phone!)

i just switched from a z10 after 6 years...... unfortunately the z10's hub is far surperior than the app that they provide for non blackebrry devices. Not sure how the pre-intalled app is for blackerry droids. Looks very out of date compared to compatitors apps, and honestly if you google search for top 5 or top 10 aps that do multi- email client services ,its not mentioned nowere. Not even 1 site. The only good thing that is has that others dont,is that you can add social media and text

Generally love the experience. But I'm not sure what has happened. But I occasionally have a freeze happen when I go to reply to an email. The keyboard freezes and the message takes forever to load, sometime around 30 seconds. I though it was my network so I switched networks, upgraded my phone s8+ but in the end I still have this freezing experience.

I really want to give this 5 stars, but I'm having one irritating problem I am hoping you can solve. Quite often I will type up a work email and send it only to find out what was sent was a completely blank email without any of the previous email chain or my written email response. Sometimes it happens and sometime it doesn't and the sent email is fine. I need to send very detailed emails and to put a lot of effort into an email and send it, only to find out it was sent blank is very taxing.

still needs some work! I previously owned a BB10 device (Z10), and i loved the Blackberry Hub on it. the Hub for Android is not up to par. even the emails downloaded dont look right. i have emails that show up as blank when they have images even though I've set it to download images. And sometimes when the images download, they aren't aligned properly. they are just all over the place. i tried to love it but alas, i will have to come back when these things are fixed.

I understand seeing ads when you have a free version of something but am I supposed to see ads when I'm paying a monthly fee? I'm getting really tired of the ads! Whay am I paying for this app? can i make this a ZERO star? The ads are coming more and more frequently.

The crazy swipe delay ruins it. when i swipe to remove an email from hub the red delete line stays there for a long time. When it does finally delete, the screen consolidates and the list jumps up. Because you can't really predict when that's gonna happen, you end up selecting incorrect messages as you go along. I see I'm not alone. Lots of complaints about this in various forums. Really lessens the usefulness of the app.
