This app is a con. You can make money but you have to be get patient while waiting. If you buy something at. 0001 and it goes up to. 0002 and stays above that for 2 hours it will never fill your order until it drops below that. 0001. Same as selling, you sell it at at. 002 and it drops to. 001 it will not fill for however long until it breaks that. 002 and at that point you think it's going to let you cancel and then see because it's a higher price? Sent 100 btc to my wallet. App logged me out. Found a fix on Reddit THE SOLUTION! If you get the error message for username/password don't match, simply reset your password by email or phone. There's a trick though. You will get a popup with "Intelligent Verification", then you will be requested to enter a CODE. What I did not see, and what most people don't see, is that there's another SEND that you have to press. It is located on the right side above the

Im still waiting for the password recovery email. When I receive it the code will have expired, leaving me unable to log in. The same happened when I first signed up...it took forever to get the verification code. Please fix this.

Works fine and is easy to set up, just wish it was a little more user friendly. It is also incredibly aggravating when you go to sell a crypto and you have to cancel it about 40 times before it allows you to sell. There is no reason why this exchange can't function properly

Yikes finally got this app to work. And it's one of the best ones I have. Everything thing you do is timed and under a minute so have all the players on one page ... Your phone your messaging your email ... Bitmart app all quick access. Your photo ID also front pic was manual back was auto click same distance as front then push. US has several states that do not allow use of Bitmart google them . Email, Phone, sms code and ID all need to be used to Unbind. Vpn and closeout when not in use.

Don't Installed! $1100 reduced to $808 just to TRANSFER... Total lost of nearly 600 bucks from Buying to Transfering...BTW there is no way to deposit BACK into your Bank Acct or Debit Card! This App and Web access is Not worth losing YOUR money, in my Opinion.

Reduced a star. You suddenly can't transfer out funds unless you have their top tier service. Makes no sense. Ive transferred out before.. Tried to verify my identity to get the upper tier and you can only get as far as photo id, which is super glitchy and just keeps telling youit can't verify. Once done there you never get a "completed" message. Just a blank screen. Now it just says on the site that my verification is in process. No customer service response. Jesus.

Extremely unreliable app. Multiple server errors, gave app access to camera but app didn't recognize permission when registering. Reinstalled app and it wouldn't take my password. More reliable services in a space becoming more crowded by the day

I opened an account with BitMart Nov 3, 2021 and transferred ~$266 into the account (USDT and ETH). I bought a new coin with part of my USDT. I thought everything was great until | logged back in a little later. Every single coin and every single penny was gone. I looked at the history and it showed no prior transactions. There's either something shady going on or their system isn't secure and is allowing hackers to steal from you. Can provide evidence. Wish I had read reviews first. 😡

Absolutely horrible customer service,,I've sent 4 emails to their so called"customer service" basically begging them to help me change my phone number in my account settings because every time I go into my account settings and click on the icon where I can change it the settings says that it was successful but when I try to log back in it still shows my old phone number and not the new correct number,I even went on a desk top computer and it still no luck they have yet to respond
