This app needs improvements! There's some small glitches as mentioned in the reviews. There's a way to cancel an order easily but it's not the way you'd think using the app. The visuals of the graph are bad and their X Y numbers (volume & $s) are all over the place. Anyone at Binance would see this. Get more experienced developers to help. It shouldn't be difficult to satisfy the customers here in USA. Especially when other EXCHANGES and Apps already provide a robust experience.

Can't believe the app being used in US has the stupid design and having stupid bug like this. 1. Can't cancel 1 order. After slide to the left of the order, the cancel showed up but right the time the button showed, the details page overlap it. When closing the detail page, the cancel button slide back to the right edge. 2. Have to click to wallet in order to refresh the cash or crypto in hand. It should be refresh automatically after I placed an order or cancel an order. Very bad user friendly

Impossible to get in touch with support. App crashes frequently. Has half the functionality of the non-US binance. Despite sending a picture of my internet bill statement and driver's license with the same address on both they refuse to verify my identity until I send a bank statement. Coinbase and kracken work much better. To make things worse, this is the second review I've had to leave because they erased the first one?

Almost half the functionality of the internet website. The time demarcations are all off for prices. But all other portions the app works well to help track prices and I've been able to buy/sell appropriately but not knowing the track on charts makes the charts useless. 8/13: why does the transaction history go back at most 3 months? Why not entire histories. 8/22 I got an error putting in an order and hit "OK". They both went through. 10/25 can cancel open orders in app now

Horrible app. I am in a loop of confirm device. Then open email. Confirm again then enter code sent to cell phone or email. This nightmare after multiple attempts doesn't end. It's repeat over and over of confirm device and email. I am done. I am uninstalling this useless app.

If your address doesn't validate on the app don't even bother. They will take weeks or months to get your account going. Maybe even longer because I give up and put in cancel request. Very disappointed.

They ignore my request for membership. I got through process till confirming address. I was denied because their system said my ID didnt match my address. MY ADDRESS IS ON MY I.D. I asked for help through ticket. I was sent a list of things to send back. I did everything and now nothing but silence. I EVEN SENT MY SOCIAL SEC CARD. This was almost 3 weeks ago. At least tell me i can join or not. Leaving me hanging like this, not cool. Its Nov 1st and I'm still waiting for an answer.

Avoid at all cost! This is a Terrible app, it's built to nickel and dime you and steal from you with every transaction. The transaction fees and the way orders are filled always leaves you with little amounts of money stuck on the exchange that you can never get back. They're likely doing this to every customer and stealing millions of dollars by using this shady practice because the money is just stuck on their exchange. Stick with coinbase and coinbase pro which so much more legit.

No customer Supporr problems buying selling with app, SHIB is hard to buy with buttons not working, have to manually figure out how much you can buy then put in amount which waste time and price moved to quick equals profit loss. App crashes quit often causing me to close and reopen, often while trying to sell asset and price drops during re opening app. Support never fixed or responded with an answer other then a stupid answer that has nothing to do with question. Only good thing is the charts

When you try to verify ID, it takes the picture before the back of the DL comes into focus, and doesn't let you try again. Then you have to wait days for the verification process to go through and reject to try again.
