Unreliable, stops working unwittingly, and there is a risk of making duplicate payments. Slow response, often lags. Unclear: the available amount should be green and bold, not small and black. This is very confusing. This should be fixed. 15.07.2021: The search functionality within beneficiaries has not been working for several weeks - Can't you fix this?!? App still cumbersome to use, not intuitive and unstable. Payments get lost - this needs to be fixed!

Full of bugs and extremely slow. Seems like 1990s. Cannot even view balance as it keeps loading eternally. What's the use of an app when you cannot even view balance?

Virtually useless when on 4G. Keeps giving "ssl mismatch error" when trying to change the limit of the cards, doing transfers, ect. Can be extremely problematic during emergencies as you dont always have wifi available. Honestly just for that i'm thinking of moving to ING after being a customer at the BIL for 30+ years.

The secure channel message is corrupted every time i try to contact my bank.... had to write at least 4 times and then give up... the rest of the app work well enough.

very awkward user experience, with unexpected delays. worse, the banking service behind it is slow. ask for a transfer and maybe it happens in a few minutes and maybe it takes a few days. its as if they have a person behind it and they are sometimes busy. EDIT: I spoke to the hotline number, and explained the critique verbally. I understand that the delays are because for certain transactions, over certain limits, there really is a person behind it, and they are sometimes busy (or not working). It's not real clear what the value in this is, nor is it communicated through the UI well. However, it is likely consistent with other Luxembourgish banks, though out of line with international banking service levels, and especially those offered by challenger banks like N26 and Revolut.

app looks nice. but it would be great if it wouldn't crash EVERY time i transfer money to a new beneficiary. plus, finger print did work, doesn't anymore! and it doesn't even tell me why, or give an option to use the pin. i had to find out myself that hitting "cancel" in the fingerprint screen prompts me to use a pin. how i the world was i supposed to find out if not by accident. the new unexplainable "coose a secret picture" prompt crashes everytime i hit next. security is tricky but this sucks

For the onboarding part is useless. Tried 3 times and the app crashes when signing the documents. The cheches seem reandonly and then the app stops and the connection with the operator is cut. Btw, my internet speed is 200 mbps upload and download (measured from the phone) so it should cover basic need of a videocall and transfer of few documents. Very frustrating. Later edit: still not verified, but changed the review as the issue is on IDnow side and not on Bil side.

After logging out of my account, and attempting to log back in to my account, I am now perpetually facing a "Login success, HasMessages; no" screen that will not go away. I cannot see the regular interface anymore. Is there anything which can be done? I have two phones and am unable to login to my account on either phone due to this error screen
