Useless Adeed 2 credit cards, see a (€0,0) charge on both....and the app still says, even after 2 hours of charging, please check your account in a few minutes for a subscription. Maybe it had to do with registration on a weekend. Maybe I expect too much on a weekend.....but at least allow me to use. Very disappointed..

Of course the bicycles have problems, like a low tire or a broken seat clamp, so you go to the next station and switch for a (hopefully) better one. You even be a good cidadão and write up what was wrong with the bike in the app, so they know to fix it. And then? You have to wait 5 minutes to switch for a new one! They really need to either have working bikes or allow you to switch for a working bike.

The app asks for a VAT number to sign up. Additionally it states that my account exists, (it does not) until I try to recover my password, then it states my account does not exist. 6 months later, I'm able to sign up. Now the app does not unlock the bikes at the stations, but states that the bike is unlocked and on an active trip.

No wonder this app received such low score. Been trying to sign up for the past week, only to receive the following message: "erro de comunicão". 🤔

This app is very counter intuitive and I've lost 15 EUR over it. It's not obvious at all what you have to do if you're a tourist in Lisbon and just want to rent a bike for a day.

Dont even bother with this app. The registration process does not work. It says you cant create an account with this email adress, because it already exist. But when you try to reset password it says that no account with this email adress exists. Fix your app. Even IT student would do a better job then people behind this app.

The system is very unreliable! The app often doesn't synchronize with the stations, your account gets locked and you end up walking. Also the bikes are greasy and some of them really need an upgrade.

The main problem of this app is that it doesn't give you any information about the state of your payment so you can wait forever until they give up trying to communicate with your bank. And they give you no clue of what's happening unless you contact the support that the only thing they can say is that they are trying to communicate with the bank. Since there's is no way to use the app without payment there's no use for it at all. Come on, the payment cannot take hours to update!!!
