Server doesn't respond and we can't download the bill there is no connection details. We can't register readings and no complaints are resolved.

Useful application when it works. Even when I am connected to wifi, app says "no network, try again". But it starts working if changed over to mobile data. There is no way to update mobile number under " connection details" section. Because of this SMS is not received on correct mobile number. Developer response to reviews is nil .

Ghatiya service provider discom hai jvvnl. I complaint 5 to 6times regarding facing electricity problem till 5days .they say only that we resolve problem soon but from 5 days they didn't solve problem. kamchor riswatkhori discomhai rajasthan ka ye.

I can't see status of my registered complaint. It will show No complaint registered even many complaints are there. Please solve the issue in the app so that a person can see his registered complaints and its progress status.

Not happy with the complaint resolving department as they can close the current complaint without solving the issue, I will suggest to share an OTP with Customer and after that it can be closed otherwise it is totally fake department... Dr.V.Singh

Nice app working fine but 3 star due to its lake of complaint registration option if you register a complaint it will not registered.

Very difficult to write remarks as erfor message came..no special characters allowed .Dont know which characters are special for this app.Needs improvement to make user friendly.
