The app is down most of the time due to "maintanance" , takes up to two or three days to update the banking operations made, not to mention the horrible user experience (no back button, graphically hidious,...) . Being in 2020 and still having such a primitive app is simply insulting...

The worst app I ever use, no back button, most of time not working, when it works it was very slow, so funny when typing identifier which is something that cannot be remembered and the field is not autocomplete, successfully logged in 😊 and the result is a white page 😂.

No back button making navigation like a nightmare. Most of the time the app is out of service with blank page. Authentication is with a hard to remember login. It's a shame for what is ranked as the first bank in Tunisia

Really so bad, Imagine a Pub. can logoff you from the apps, you can not also send money to other accounts except BIAT accounts, no back button , back button of the phone logoff you from the app too. No reply to reclamations neither from the client space nor with phones . a lot of changes are required here.

Even 1 star its too much for you , old app nothing working keep log me out and i dont know why so slow nothing good on it , you need to change it because it makes you hate the day that you apply on it with that bank .

I have the ID and the password, yet I can't log in... Please fix your servers/app. It's the least you should do. I am very disappointed.

The ui is bad - the experience is so bad - and at any moment the app will log you off without any reason
