Bhopal Plus serves as a one stop shop for any kind of citizen requirement. Based upon ‘One City One App’ concept, citizens of Bhopal city can provide feedback/suggestions to the Government through discussion topics/polls, avail citizen centric services (G2C, B2C & emergency services), register/track any kind of city related complaint using Grievance Redressal module and access live city feeds regarding pollution levels, vehicle parking availability, weather, etc. on the city dashboard. Main Components of Bhopal Plus application are: Collaboration platform, Citizen service delivery, City dashboard and Grievance redressal platform 1) Collaboration Platform- The collaboration platform forms an integral part of Bhopal Plus, which envisions engaging citizens in governance processes through participatory governance. The platform helps the people of the city to participate in the policy-making and decision-making process of the government through contribution in governance. Some of the salient features of the citizen collaboration module integrated in the platform are: a) Citizens can collaborate and provide inputs/opinions on various policy related and local governance topics through discussions, polls and surveys b) Solicit popular opinion from citizens through polls and surveys on various topics of relevance for making intelligent and appropriate decisions to benefit the people c) Enable citizen participation in on-ground, online contests and volunteer work to support government 2) Citizen service delivery - The feature allows citizens to avail citizen centric services available on the Bhopal Plus platform. Citizens will have the provision to request/track in order to get desired results from a service. The desired results could be in the form of a certificate being requested, application id for a service request, making payments for utility bills and generation of utility bills, etc. 3) City dashboard- The application consists of a public dashboard which will disseminate live data feeds related to the Bhopal city and would also provide quantitative analysis of citizen engagement and service delivery through the Bhopal Plus application 4) Grievance redressal- The application provides the provision to submit citizen grievances and track the status of the submitted grievances

One more app in the list of useless app from govt. App has lots of issues. It sometimes keep on loading and nothing happens. If we likh about us i navigate multiple times to same page and we have to keep on backing. On complaint page there is no vales for mandatory fields. I paid one bill but even after my amount is deducted there is no confirmation nor there is any payment receipt. No option to get the receipt afterwards.

Not able to lodge a complaint..since last 20 days..after entering name number and mail department option is not working....i wonder how ur app won the best app award..so poor experience..govt wasting public money on building such apps.

Does not work at all. Takes forever to open and choosing options takes forever even on a high speed Internet connection. Just shut down the App altogether if you can't provide basic services. There is nothing smart about Smart City organization. Typical government incompetency.

Complaint registration drop down menu not working, seems maintanance is not proper or if you are not allowed to register your complaint online than there is no complaints and 100% resolution done. 😂

Registration of complaints is not allowed on this app. Earlier version was more useful as I could make complaints about sewage, garbage etc. The developer should update the app as soon as possible.

Honestly, this is the first time I have seen a city app. I was looking for Bhopal Muncipal Corp. to register a complaint. Then cam across this and after using it, I couldn't honestly believe the kind of surprising services being offered. It is simply a work of smartness which has eased out city's information and aids in a very efficient manner. innovative services-live tracking of the buses, file any kind of complaint, book doorstep carpenter, gardener, driver, kadabiwaala. jai ho smart city!

You cant register any complaint through this app. It has option but that one is not working as you cant select any department as list is not there and its mandatory field.
