Excellent app, excellent service. Been a very regular customer since 2018 and have absolutely no huge issues till date. The riders are mostly very polite and kind and the service is always on time. I'd like to add a suggestion, how about a wishlist of restaurants you want to try so it's easier the access them the next time you want to order. It'd be nice to add a restaurant you think you'd like to a list to try for a later time.

App keeps shutting down. I paid through paypal and after confirming payment, the app closed suddenly giving no order number and confirmation. Also, missing items in the order and gave notice about the item being unavailable just before half n hour of expected delivery time despite of ordering three days earlier.

It was best but with time it is getting worst the services.. they deliver late (cold food) and gives nonsense reasons and even cancel order after half hour of ording and many more

Worst app ever.... I have ordered food which they said will arrive like two to three hours late, so, I cancelled the order. But have not got refund since two days.... And the app shows the money is redeemed, frauds

Overall the app is pretty good. But there is no option to go to the cart directly. Everytime I have to search the restaurant if I need to go to the cart. One option for cart or basket can be added and hope you do it.

The delivery has become so slow. They deliver the food after 1 hour or even more after the order so frustrating.

It was very bad.. Waited for 2 hour just to have samosa.. Very poor service.. Made excuse that it was raining but it was only 10 minutes drive..I would not have any problem uninstalling this app and won't do any further orders in future
