I have had this scale for almost 2 years . . . love it so much, app worked fine and then suddenly stopped working around Jan 2019 . . . reported it several times and it seems bugs were fixed, but used the app only once since it has been fixed where it actually worked, back to square one . . . still doesn't work, keeps closing immediately with 'stopped working'! Needless to say I am not happy as I now own a very expensive scale which I cannot use for how it is intended, which is what I paid for!!

I orginally connected to this app as I have a bitfit scale. It worked perfectly. Now, I changed my phone from iPhone to Android and I have several problems linking to this app. It says that the password must be from 6-16 characters. I did that many times yet it failed. Then, I tried changing passwords, failed again. I sent several messages to support but that also failed. Please advise URGENTLY

It worked perfectly fine until I changed phones and had to login to the app. I requested a password reset via email link. It keeps on requesting I use special characters in the password which I did but still no matter how long or how "special" the password is, it's simply not allowing me to log in! So frustrating

Im not sure why this happened but I lost all my scale stats except 3 , weight, body fat and BMI. I have no idea where the rest of the stats went when i had a long list of stats when you go to Share. I did try to weigh again but still nothing returned?? I really lovved that ir had all these approximate statistic and now they are gone. I did uninstall and reinstalled the app but logged in with my details and still nothing returned. Would love feed back as to how i can restore this.

Working is well. Something that I would like to know (as a freelance developer) why does location need to be enabled? If my location on my phone is disabled there is no way I can connect my phone to the scale. Otherwise, not bad. Not bad at all. Well done

I am unable to log in. I have forgotten my password and I keep getting 4 digit password verification numbers that are of no use. After submitting the 4 digit verification, the app takes be back the password page. Can't remember what password to insert. Going around and around in circles. What am I doing wrong? How do I get a password reset.

I have used the app on samsung S7 for about 18 months. No problem. Then upgrade to S9. The phone dont conect with the scale and the app keeps on restarting. Please fix issue with app and new model phones

what the hell?! eveything has been fine and the last couple of weeks I just get error messages popping up. Frustrating!!! Even uninstalled and reinstalled only to be WORSE. terrribleeee

This is amazing but plz can I request a function to manually put in dates? I have to press 7mil times to get to a yr and month I want. I work with older generation and this takes forever Plz! Everything else is perfect
