...but free. Haven't had any problems with functionality so far. I just can't believe there isn't any good support for editing ODT files for Android, though. Maybe a Google conspiracy to keep Google docs the go to for cloud doc editing. Would love to be able to have some real time doc collaborative editing for mobile outside of the chrome browser.

This app looks great, and if it worked I would give it 4 or 5 stars based on the things that I've seen for now. Unfortunately the app isn't able to create folders or upload files to my OwnCloud (5 and 7) installations. do I need to set anything in OwnCloud before this will work?

    - Picture download don't work. OC Folder in tablet can not be moved to extSD, No preview, only some info about the file. No download-icon. Good things: no editor nor calendar, I have several editor and cal-apps allready.

I like this app very much, but is very annoying that it only uses internal memory. The app make a copy of each picture i open (like a cache) so my internal memory is filled up.

  5. guest-avatar

Great except it retries uploads hundreds of time, even when successful, and it renames them each time too, so you end up with hundreds of copies your files. Recommend disabling auto image and video upload until they fix that major flaw.

I am a strong supporter of "OwnCloud", and have installed it for many business sites, but... As i've tried the official app and this one, I have to say that this is the better of the two. Sorry ownCloud, I have to put this out there... "maybe you should contract this developer to fix the official app that seems to have a habit of constantly breaking, (ie. stops syncing randomly, doesnt always show updated files, etc, just naggy things that can be fixed), or even adopt this as the official app. Well done

  7. guest-avatar

Installed the app after setting up a my sever and the desktop client. The free version currently meets my demands. My device is an LG G2 Android 4.4.2 I can create folders, delete folders, upload files, delete files. The only thing that was broken for me was the "link" file. Regardless great app and I will strongly consider purchasing the PRO version.

  8. guest-avatar

It just doesn't sync anything. It says it connects successfully but every sync fails. So many 5 star ratings. Something must be wrong here.

Logging successfull. After that I swipped down and it crashed. Open again and crash randomly. Nexus 5 rooted with lollipop.

  10. guest-avatar

Are self signed certificates supported? Iam getting ssl handshake error.

  11. guest-avatar

So there is this folder in my college account that has 30 files yet the app only shows 11 files.. I refreshed it many times and restarted my tablet yet the problem is still there..

  12. guest-avatar

Would be great to show image previews as OwnCloud 6+ supports it... Sometimes randomly crashes too...

Thank you very much for this great app. It really works well. Is there some way to sync e.g. my whatsapp pictures, too? It would be awesome if I coud select which folder I want to sync with owncloud.

  14. guest-avatar

Got many application stops. Doesn't seem to be a way to "select all" files in a folder to upload to the cloud. And/or doesn't seem to be a way to choose a folder (and all subfolders and files) to upload. Can't really recommend this for anything but occasional use, if even that, unfortunately.

  15. guest-avatar

This app uploaded a few files, but has only popped up stop error messages since.

  16. guest-avatar

I can connect and manually upload things to it but the auto upload of pictures/video (the main reason I wanted the app) doesn't work. Either on wifi only or not.

mentions open source in description, but client itself is not. misleading.

  18. guest-avatar

Works for me; no problems so far. Would prefer if the colour scheme matched the default web theme though.

  19. guest-avatar

Love the app! Would be great if there was an option to automatically upload existing photos when first installed.

  20. guest-avatar

Great apps for free apps instead of paid from official. Can be better if can view pictures directly without download it and occupy phone's memory.

    Great app

  48. guest-avatar

It works fine and have all necessary functions for discontinued Ubuntu One switcher. Would be nice to get an ability to install app to SD card, though.

  49. guest-avatar

Need I say more? :) Happy with it. Thanks.

  50. guest-avatar

...by not being able to change the folder name that instant uploads get sent to.

  51. guest-avatar

Similar function to the paid client. Has the option to upload videos automatically.

  52. guest-avatar

better that the paid apk works 100% nas4free on and owncloud excellent

  53. guest-avatar

This app has made it very simple to manage my owncloud server. It also has a great image viewer and perfectly usable music player. However it causes lag system wide for me while downloading a file for some reason and it saved all the music I downloaded to my internal storage, making it feel like having my SD card is pointless. Especially since I only have 4 GB of usable internal storage and a 16 GB SD card.

  54. guest-avatar

    Dejan Stojanovic

the ads are quite prominent on the screen.

  55. guest-avatar

I like this client, but it apparently reauthenticates for every file it checks, leading to many thousands of authentications for me.

  56. guest-avatar

    I love this apk
