This is the worst app that I had to use and it not helpful if possible it should get no star at all. The uploading of pdf file are slow and take forever and still never get to load up. The prototyping provide by the app can't even provide a clear picture for submission. NO ASSISTANT FROM GE. I guess this app are there to prevent people from claiming their rightful medical claim. So when people get frustrated using the app. GE are saved from making payment to the claimer

Don't bother it's the usual trick to get your data and upsell to you but benefits are not provided. Just came from one of their panel clinics and got presented with a $25+ bill for a consultation instead of the advertised $12.84. Oh, Sir this is not covered by the company. Why? Blank stare. I guess because it's a Thursday and full moon.

Smooth personalised experience! App was easy to use. Did not connect immediately to a doctor but was promptly contacted to expect a short 15-30min waiting time. Received personalised WhatsApp texts guiding me through the process from waiting time up to payment. Doctor was warm and friendly. E-receipt costs, meds list and MC were clear. Consultation & meds were paid by company insurance so I only paid $10 delivery as the assigned clinic was far from my home. Would 100% recommend this service!

The doctor is helpful and got personalised WhatsApp text to guide through the process and also adjust the date of delivery and time. The only irritating thing that caused the 1 star - I can't fill up the personal details cos it will log me out of the app after I click saved but the details not saved. Luckily it doesn't affect the consultation process. Good for people who doesn't have flu like symptoms n want to avoid going to clinic. Otherwise, will definitely give 5 stars.

Prompt, fuss-free consultation. Took all of 5 mins. Good if you already know your ailment and just need meds or an mc, but otherwise, am highly doubtful that the doctors are able to make an accurate diagnosis over a teleconsultation. An interesting approach to healthcare nevertheless.

Need to improve on the registration details like D.O.B. There is no options provided to key in the DOB via keypad. Imagine having to scroll back 600 over pages of months/years from the preformatted calendar for senior citizens can be quite daunting & annoying. Not quite SC friendly unfortunately. Decided to uninstall.
