Scam signed up because of $15 starter no cancel service button. you have to email belong and raise a case. Also u buy the credit from a shop but belong wont five it to you unless you have PayPal or credit card once u get home.

Great mobile plan, but I don't like the fact I cannot use my phone if I want to visit a different country after covid19 ends or travel ban has lifted. It would be great if Belong allows international roaming.

belong need to address app issues immediately! if belong want to compete in the budget mobile market they need an app that works on every device. mine does not work at all. samsung s6 update: i now do not have access to my account (even on web) and it will not let me log in. i sent a request to get it fixed. if it does not get fixed i will be calling the telecommunications ombudsmen. this is not good enough telstra.

How hard is it to pay the bill on this thing... Recently switched to Belong. Can't log in via app to see my account. Couple of app crashes and pages not loading. Only possible to see my account via browser. Hope you guys can get it fixed. I'd be happy edit my review.
