Just excellen! I have to admit when I first heard about Beer, I was skeptical. I've tried instacart in the past and have had several horrible experiences so I wasn't fully convinced this would be better. I was, however, pleasantly surprised by how well this app is set up and works! The first thing I noticed is the items are priced the same as in the store and not higher. The responses were quick and I received my alcohol in a timely and polite manner. I will definitely be using this app again

Great service, mediocre app. It's convenient to have drinks delivered especially when an impromptu event happens but the app needs some attention. It's difficult to search (the button gets stuck on your last search) and it's clunky to stick to one store. The best part is the page where all types of alcohol is selected but getting there is a task. All of that said, it's a decent service and the checkout section words really well

My order was processed and I got a status it was dispatched but I never got my order. Their customer support number is a Google Voice number and nobody ever answers or returns a call. I left a couple of voicemail messages. This service is amateur and doesn't work.

Really amazing app. Especially when you ran out of drinks at a party and you cant drive! But, since the Corona Virus. Prices have increased, delivery minimum has increased. What I am saying is, people who have been your loyal customers way before this, should be VIP's !!!!

I just used this app. It took 2 hours for them to deliver a 12 pack of beer, which was a replacement beer too since they were out of the one I ordered. And they should tell you to have your ID ready at the door so you aren't scrambling to get it.
