Costs a dollar to discover the helmet won't release. No option to lock vehicles with safety issues so this is the second time I've paid a dollar for a faulty helmet release and once i paid a dollar for faulty breaks. No refund mechanism for "rides" that go nowhere. Choose neuron, they aren't a waste of time.

Very easy to operate similar to lime easy to swap over. The phone and cup holder are very convenient and the indicators made me feel extremely safe. Definitely recommend to all.

Good functional scooters, enjoyable way to commute whike I have an injury and can't ride my bike. Bit slower than old lime and old nueron, only maxing out at 25-26 kmh.

The scooters are cool, app is quite slow on low-mid range phones, it needs some optimization in these cases

The scooters are great, but the app is so slow! Seriously I'm beginning to think they're making it as slow as they can so they can charge you more! There's also too many questions popping up before you can do anything, so many times I've missed crossing on a green light because I'm closing dialog boxes and waiting for the app the respond.

1 star Wasted money, go use the orange neuron scooters Didn't get a free ride either thought I'd try Beam's new group ride feature which happens to be broken and a waste of money. Wasted a good half of the trip walking to a parking spot. My partner's scooter stopped working. You can't see the status of your group member's scooters which makes it frustrating when it decides to just turn off. Update* 3 star Their customer service was same day(Sunday) with refund, so I added 2 more stars.

Like the app and the scooters. Helmets are hit and miss. Last two rides had broken or partly broken helmet parts
