    It's a great app and the fact that it let's you create your own set of Exercises with your own intensity levels and that it helps you concentrate on the areas that u particularly want to improve makes it one of the best apps on the market..!! Just one request if u could add more exercises for the hip region to help concentrate on those ugly love handles and obliques more intensely. Ex fire hydrants, leg side pulses, single leg hip thrust, etc.. Thank you.

    Great application, the exercises are simple but you can see results if you are consistent. i was able to loose 20 lbs in about 6 months using this for excercise and Loose It for keeping track of what I ate. I tried the medium difficulty level, but it was too hard for me, so sticking to easy, just add more laps and weight. I really like it!!

    great app but... at times the app hangs. For e.g. - i am on day 12 Easy tasks. I finished 3 laps. When it asked for running one lap more, I selected NO. However, it did not record my day 12 tasks. It took my back to the same page to start day 12 activities. I ran one more lap and again selected NO for an additional lap. It again took my back to the day 12 page activities. Did this twice more, after which it finally recorded my tasks as completed, and awarded me only 50 points :( seems buggy

    I have been using this app for 6 days, have not done any exercises in 3years and It is really improving my lifestyle. I am not struggling like I thought I would and it gets better each day, even has a meal plan, which I have never used. I weighed 71kgs when I started and by adding and sticking to my 3 litres of water I now weigh 69 kgs. I am ready to kive healthier!

    It is actually a really good app. It's free, no glitches and really works in weight-loss goals. The meal plan is really simple to follow and the workouts are customizable. Ads are annoying but totally avoidable.

    it's a great app! I have been using it for quite a bit and it gets me sweating. I used to go to a weight loss challenge and these are the exercises they have you do there. This is how you lose weight in the comfort of your own home. Do the intense workout and that's the way to go.

    I'm pretty out of shape. This app has been great. it really builds up your strength and stamina quickly. I've only been using it about 2 weeks and already see some results. I haven't weighed myself but I see my stomach going down and my body toning up.

    I've been using this app for a couple days now. It's really motivating and I love that each exercise has a cartoon doing the moves so u dont have to awkwardly look anything up. I'm young and even the "easy" setting gets me sweating a little(i typically do 40 exercises in the morning)

    It would be great of they added a feature to track your weight loss. I just set my own calendar remindsrs each week and to weigh in and recorded my weight as a calendar event. I like tgat the app cheers for you when ypu complete a workout lol

    The app is good overall, good excercises, but it would be a bit better if you could choose if you are male or female, and organize excersises according to that, like leg kicks could be more in the female option etc.
