When on cycle mode I get an extremely annoying beep beep noise every few seconds. I cannot find a way of getting rid of it, I would give the app 4 stars but for this.

Trying to love it, but the overload of info on an ever changing screen makes it hard to use when driving. What are all the pink "continue"s about? Why do I need to see all the power poles on a map? I can see them thru the car window. I like the configurable icons & the speed limit & starting in Drive mode, so hopefully I can come to terms with it's peculiar actions.

I want to like this app but I could not even find my own address or the address of a friend when I searched for it as a preliminary test. It basically requires you to know the closest intersecting road: but what if you dont know it ? When I looked up my address a little further (took me a while to even find it in the list of possible results), it was listed in the wrong county. So nice features and it does have a lot of potential, if only the maps would be accurate.. that's a no go for me.

I like it a lot. Somewhat eccentric interface but extraordinarily powerful when you tune in and figure out what's what. I use it for leisure ride planning on my motorbikes. Completely offline. Ability to import gpx tracks from other users and have it direct you along the track is particularly useful. Don't understand the critical reviews at all. Some people just shouldn't confuse their own inability with lack of function. Highly recommended.

Despite some interesting features is pretty bad as the most important things are not working efficiently or at all. Search by postcode, which should be the BASIC of any sat nav is a nightmare to use in the UK that often take you nowhere despite the maps downloaded. The fact that it opens ALL WORLD every time just add to the confusion. The text is also too small to read clearly.

Some great, some good, some terrible. For land ofline navigation it is a good app. A bit confusing with menu options, sometimes it's a pain to find/figure out where is what but after few days/trips you'll get there. Like intuitive destinations, when it guesses where you are going based on your location, direction and point s on the map. That's Land. Water navigation - could not even try it. The Grate Lakes map I downloaded gave NOTHING in lake Huron, Ontario, Superior. It's like boating blind.

Your application is great but it has a very deep learning curve. It's difficult to figure out in configuration and use. e.g after succeeding in learning how to plan a route , I've been struggling to figure out how to delete it... Make it simpler to use.. Make it easily useable by this simple average user who uses a navigation application once in two to four months...

Mega battery drain! Downloaded for the ability to set vehicle sizes and "off line" navigation. The layout and looks was good and all seemed well, I had a wireless charger holder so off I went. Half way I noticed my battery was down to 20% (from full) so I swapped to a wire charger, when the phone reached 5% I had to stop the app and return to Google maps, from that point on the phone charger up and I had no more drain issues. Sham, had potential.

The learning curve is a bit steep initially for using Osmand and the interface while functional and clear to read is not intuitive to use. All that being said I still think the app is excellent. When you get to grips with how it works you can plan a route and import and export GPX with ease (I use my Google drive). I have been planning routes on my tablet and then following using the app on my rugged phone on my motorcycle. The best tool for the job I have found so far!

Works well enough to find streets and spots, but the Routes are Godawful. I can half time get better and faster ways by just looking at the map myself which is not a good sign for a Navigation service. Also the UI is pretty unreadable and the map rotation resets after every time closing your phone, which makes it impossible to navigate with one hand (as it tends to happen when you are on the move). 1/5 for being a decent map but literally not even doing its job beyond that.
