Just wish I could actually utilize the app to what extent this app should have the capabilities of allowing the student to access. Ii can see my assignments, quizzes, tests, lectures, videos to view, ebook chapters to read, weekly discussions, grades, weekly content for my courses and everything else.BUT the only thing I can actually access is the weekly discussion forum I can view the post assignment, create and submit. But as far as anything else goes this app it a complete waste of space!

Haven't been able to log in since the last update. I'm clearly not the only one experiencing this issue. This might not be an issue if the web version wasn't unadulterated GARBAGE. There's no way to reach a human customer service agent, or even report an issue. Absolutely pathetic.

This app is awesome in every way. It allows me as a student to make sure all of my assignments are complete if I'm on the go and I want to double check to see if I left home without completing something. The app allows the student to access all of the information within each class just like if you were using your laptop or computer at home. I would highly recommend this app for all students to help keep up with any announcements or upcoming assignments while on the go! I give this app 5 stars.

This app is borderline useless. I used to enjoy being able to view PDFs, PPs, documents etc without having to save to my device but now it almost never updates (refreshing doesn't work) and always has problems connecting.

The app is stable, I'll give it that. But good luck trying to read your books through it. The text is incredibly zoomed in, so you're only getting 30 to 50 words onscreen at a time, and there's useless buttons COVERING UP THE TEXT that makes it even more frustrating to read.

So far the app is great, been using it for a year now and the notifications are super helpful, and the quick access is convenient. Content loading can be slow or will fail sometimes, but it has steady improved over the year.

Never works when I need it to and there is NO ONE to talk to when you have issues. I have spent a week trying to get it to work. Uninstalling it and reinstalling it nothing is working. Extremely frustrating.

I am not able to login after the update, blackboard on the computer is fine. But I use my phone more since it has faster. I Uninstalled then reinstalled and it still didn't. Please FIX!

Can't even log on to my university using the app. Has been saying a problem occured during log in for months. Zero point in having this app when it doesn't even work.

App will not show me any content, constantly get the message "something isn't right" despite being up to date on updates and having deleted and reinstalled multiple times
