Does not record both sides of call. Has not in a long time. Also now they want to charge monthly when i bought the program it was one and done.

The only recording method that works anymore is Microphone, and the other party is almost inaudible. Support articles are only in Russian. I paid for Pro a couple years back, and I guess the developer has quit.

i have tried contacting you several times and telling you that this app is ONLY in Russian! they won't respond back to me in English and nor does it tell me who's calling. always says unknown.

I have purchased this version and its not working at all on android 11. It do not install services in Accability. And recording is not saved and numbers are still hidden. Surprisingly free version is working. Please resolve my issue

Worked perfectly and was very happy with it (5 star very happy) until I changed phones (same number, different phone, sim card and service provider). The app now shows that a call has been made but doesn't record it, register the number, the person calling or being called nor the duration and zero bytes in size. Sure it's only a temporary glitch but when I go the the company's website to find a solution, it's in cyrillic and I can't find it.

Hasn't always started recording reliably, but only with old releases on old phones. For my last two phones (neither of them blazingly up-to-date) it's Just Worked. When I make a call, though, when the call ends the option to keep the recording can be lost rather easily. Otherwise, five stars.

The app worked well for years. Now it does not activate when a call is started or received. It is also impossible to save the old recordings for save keeping. I had mixed success with sync function

bought this morning and need refund hasnt worked once and keeps crashing u need to refund the 17.99 please this is absurd i needed it to work because in was getting death threats and had place broken into and needed to record all convos thats why i paid 17.99 i thought at that price it would work flawlessly but complete oposite doesntbskrj at all THIS APP DOESNT WORK ON THE A-SERIES SAMSUNG PHONES I TRULY TRULY RAGE TBIS APP A ....... -10 STARS FOR QUALITY.......BUT A +10 FOR FRAUD !!!!!!
