I played this game a few years ago on an Android phone and it worked fine, but I recently wanted to play it again before purchasing and playing through Banner Saga 3. However, the game crashes every combat I attempt from the first settlement your party arrives at. I submitted a support email on 7/13/21 and 7/23/21 and haven't heard back. Maybe they're busy with other projects, but it is frustrating nonetheless. I hope to hear back from the developers soon.

Criminally short for the price. You can beat this game in just a few hours and the story/graphics are good but not enough to justify the cost when you can buy games with as much content at half the price, or get a port of a console game for the same money. Definetly skipping the second game.

Unplayable. Installed and reinstalled but game is crashing in the first 10 minutes over and over. 1st then 2nd and now 3rd battle keeps freezing. Infruriating. Refund please. *Updated* prompt reply and refund. Thanks, appreciated. More realistic review is 3 stars as I only have 10 mins of play but loved what I saw.. shame capability isn't sorted at the price for the game (I.e. still gets sold when known issue of crashing for newer phones and a 7 year old game)

Customer support only pretends to care and only responds to reviews posted here. Asked about a patch, updates or help as to why I'm unable to get past the second encounter in the game. And got no reply besides the generic bot reply. Asked about a refund and they have completely ignored my email. These guys can kick rocks for their lack of help, communication, and for shipping a broken game.

I installed on a Note10+.... Game froze in the middle of the second battle. I should have listened to the other reviewers, but thought the devs would have fixed it considering its mostly Samsung users having issues. I went to unistall and get a refund... No refund button....I reached out to Devs and they sent a Tool to help alleviate the issues, that didn't work. Devs reached out again to offer a refund.

Game Crashes frequently, is unplayable after a while. On PC it's a great game but I thought I could have fun in my cellphone as well. Stay with the PC version, this one isn't stable.

Fun game, but freezes in most fight scenes and I have to close the game and try again. Cant really play it as it can take multiple attempts to get through a fight scene.

Whe I love what I have played so far, compatability issues cause the game to freeze so frequently and lose progress on newer devices that it doesn't hold up. I am unable to progress and have been made to reply the same fight with each attempt.

Epic storyline and great gameplay. Well worth the money. I hope they port the third one to Android, but we'll see.
