Reviews From google play store

I'm old school and still love physical tickets but I understand that technology has taken over most everything. More importantly than barcodes I have other issues with the app. There used to be a way to manually enter games you went to in the past. There were games I loved to enter from the time I was a kid along with the photos of that day. Please bring back the edit option. Last season I forgot to set up the app that I would be in Yankee Stadium instead of Citifield and the app never recorded my attending the game. Couldn't enter it manually. Lastly one game I went to at Citifield showed that I entered the ballpark with the barcode and at games end recorded the View Game Wrap. The problem was that no score showed on the game day and no check-in was recorded. So My History shows 81 check-ins. I tap the Ballpark option and it says 81 check-ins. But when I tap Teams there are only 80 recorded games. There is an option to send an email in with your issue but I always seem to get some automated answer with no resolution. When I write back further explaining my issue I either don't receive a response or receive the same automated one. I loved the app when it first came out and loved looking back at games I've attended since the app came out and those I saw before the app came out. In the end I am requesting that the edit button be re-instated and have real people answer emails.

Horrible app. Android version crashes constantly. MLB wants you to stay home and watch the game on TV. Crashes a lot on Android, real convenient when you are standing in line with the family trying to get in. MLB is very arrogant forcing people to use the app, they will no longer allow print at home. So if you dont have a new apple iPhone, you CANNOT get the tickets you paid for. Will not work on tablets, androids, windows phone and no option for people without smart phones.

The only way I could use my tickets I purchased for the Twins game at Target Field was through the app. The scanners couldn't read the QR code in the dedicate app..... I had to screenshot and zoom in on the picture for it to work. I'm lucky I am a tech savvy individual - this would have been one of the most frustrating experiences if I weren't.

This app has usually been good for me but I'm at game 1 of the NLDS at Dodger Stadium and it won't let me check in. The app says that I should check the calendar to confirm that a game is being played, though it's October 3rd and we're clearly hosting the Nationals at home right now. I wish I can just check in as usual. Update: I had location turned on. I've used this app for years and have checked in hundreds of times. There wasn't a specific error message. Just said no games were scheduled.

still a good app, but the update in Feb 19 turned for the worse. i used to love the profile tab that had a mapped location of the stadium, with the ability to upload those fun, memorial pics of stadiums, which felt a lot more personal. now the profile tab just has a list of games you've attended. i would like to see this revamped at some point and get back to the historical check in mode.

I love that it gives you stats for the teams I've seen and stadiums I've been to but it won't let me add any past ones anymore. I know it's a minor thing but being a ticket collector I primarily use the app to keep track of where and when I've been in my quest to see every stadium. If you could put that feature back u would change it to a perfect rating.

This app used to be better. It's lost functionality. Used to be able to add pictures to games as well as check in the game after you've gone. I went to a game yesterday and I forgot to check in. I also wish you could remove past games if you entered them incorrectly.

Everything about the 2019 redesign is terrible. On Opening Day, ballpark check-in wasn't yet ready, and it's the last week of the season and there is still no option to check into past games, rendering the game log/diary fairly useless. This was one of the coolest aspects of the previous version. I am a Dodgers fan but I live in Seattle and attend 5-10 M's games a year. When I open the app, the default page is my ticket account for the Dodgers (favorite team in At Bat app). This is counter-intuitive as typically I have no reason to buy Dodgers tickets when I open this app. I'm using it to check in, view history, and see ballpark amenities. I hope in the offseason MLB can give this app a full redesign and never speak of the 2019 version again.

I only used this app because it was required for games, but was very impressed by the journal feature in past additions. I loved being able to see my history of games, teams, and ball parks. I recently found a stack of old tickets and went to go put them into the app and I found that most of the journal features were gone and I couldn't even add old games anymore. Bring back the journal and I'll actually use the app again.

The most frustrating way to purchase tickets. Leave it to mlb to make something as simple as getting a ticket to a game convoluted and extra expensive. A $10 convenience charge and a 4.50 processing charge? Plus the link account feature breaks easily leaving you frustrated trying to get in the ballpark. Good thing I paid $10 to have a bunch of work I have to do to go to a game
