4.5 Stars. Some foods aren't in the db. I also wish the oz input supported set decimals instead of .25 increments. Aside from that, I really enjoy the app; I wasn't constantly nagged to upgrade, the UI is nice, and I like that it connects to the Runtastic app. I'm disappointed to see this is being abandoned :( , but thanks for the free yr of premium.

I really like this app, easy to use,to understand. If it's accurate i don't know and the scan doesn't always work but i"m enjoying it and hope it will help me to achieve my goal, so time will tell. On top of everything is also free so no complaints just happy to try. Thank you!

Slick, easy to use interface. Hasn't bugged out on me yet after 1 week of use. Has lots of food options that allow you to update your food diary quickly without lots of manual entry. A great, well developed app.

I use this app a lot with clients and almost all go on to use this and your other apps. This is great for those wishing to gain, maintain or lose weight. Use it with my Boxers who are after cutting for competition.

Amazing app with large database of ingredients and snacks. Only little thing is that the app gives me the notification it will stop being supported soon, but I don't know what that means or when that will happen. Really hoping I'll still be able to use it! :)

The app works great and looks awesome, besides being perfectly integrated with my Runtastic profile. I will give 5 stars once the app allows to also track the daily water consumption. Right now, I have a separate app for that, but it'd be nice if I could track my diet and my water intake in the same app. Until then, I'm going to leave only 4 stars. Congratulations for the great work!

I decided to take a scientific approach to losing weight, and this app has helped me achieve my goal. There are a limited amount of products in the database but it is incredibly simple to tap in the calories manually. You have to type verbatim, so the search function is not faultless. It's too easy to accidentally delete activities as you scroll up and down ( you may not have this issue, it could be my device) Despite those minor things I like this app and fully recommend.

In all, a very easy to use app with a good feature to choose your diet preference ie Warrior etc. I find the UI simple and uncluttered which is perfect for me. I've got my partner and her mum using this 😂 A couple of things I would like to see however: 1: favourites so you can create your own meal. 2: larger database but I guess that will come with time. 3: syncing to Google Fit. In summary I will continue to use this app and look forward to further updates/features.

I love the way this app functions, smooth and clean. Multiple diet/lifestyle choices. I love that my calories burned automatically import from Runtastic, which I've been using longer. I work night shift, so I would love to see features where I can change the time when my meals reset for the day. All diet tracking apps seem to reset at midnight, but that's my 2pm, so I go back and forth between tracking my last meal on yesterday or calling my dinner breakfast. It can be hard to stay on track.

The mobile phone app (with no existing runtastic apps installed) insisted on setting aims before it would log me in and it overwrote my existing Runtastic "hub" profile data. Interestingly the same app on my Tablet did not do that - it logged in immediately and adopted my existing runtastic profile data. Quite unbelievably it doesn't import garmin device steps meaning the calorie count is worthless. Reverting to myfitnesspal. Shame.

One of the best Apps for tracking food and exercise. Its fast and easy. Out of number of different apps this seems to be all around the best tracker for me.

I've been using the app for a fee weeks and have found it useful for being more mindful of how many calories I'm consuming. I like how easy the app is to use however, I'd like more items available for scanning recognition and being able to record items I regularly eat without needing to connect to the internet.

Great app, but keeps changing my gender options without asking or me which in turn changes my calorie intake, it is intermittent and frequently changes back to the wrong gender and caloric intake

pretty good at calorie tracking, think many of their assumptions are wrong in many places on the types of calories (don't match the companies breakdown of calories). Also doesnt have anything approaching accurate calorie tracking for weight training. I think the creators assume everyone is fat and wants to be skinny, which may be generally true in the developers industry but isn't true for everyone.

I can't add burned calories for planned days ahead and there's a bug where even on the current day i can't add burned calories. Otherwise the app has been great. Some suggestions i have would be for recommended calories when gaining weight to include more factors such as how fast we wish to gain weight and how active your work / day is.

Found one I like. This app is easy to use and adjust settings to my preferences. I tried others and I either didn't like them or they required $60 a year through monthly fees and some weren't as good as this one. This app is helping me out a lot.

first app to keep my dedication for more than a week. ive tried a bunch of times and maybe it is my own leveled up gumption or luck of the draw or whatever but this app is simple and clean enough to not push ads and other distractions at me unless i want it to. tasteful promotion. full capability.

The app is easy to use, but i feel like it's a bit biased, because many healthy foods (such as red meat on occasion or whole milk, which isn't bad) are marked as foods to avoid. Not all fat is bad. However, many hiden sugary foods are positive in the app....strange.

So far, so good. Only been using the app a week but as a simple calorie counter it is excellent. The barcode scan identifies most UK items,or you can add them yourself. The exercise log deducts calories as you, which helps. As I say, so far so good.

Since I can precisely measure intake (eating) and output (exercise) I am reaching my ideal weight. It really works and has useful features like manual addition of calories, enormous numbers of stored foods, barcode reader.

Easy and simple. Great for people who cant handle those other complicated apps. I use this as a guide for my Macro intakes. Weather you want to lose, maintain or gain weight.

I love the app and want to use it but it keeps reseting my gender, birthday, and caloric requirements. No matter how many times I go back and fix it or close the app and restart too. Will download again after it's updated.

Finally an app that combines aesthetic and fun to use UI with a great search algorithm and diet plans for no extra cost. Only thing to add now is fitbit and google fit intergration and that's it, game over for the other apps.

This is a great app overall. I would like to see more foods updated into the database. However, I understand that comes with time and demand. This app is definitely helping me keep myself accountable. Love it!

App looks nice but it's missing key features. No Google Fit connection and ability to make your own moments to eat (breakfast, lunch, diner snack are default). It was also not clear how you could set a more agressive plan to lose wait

Great app. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't have any take away option when storing food. Will continue to use though & would recommend.

Best app for tracking calories - scan feature makes it easy to upload meals and it remembers recent ingredients.

It's a great app for checking progress of weight loss. You can also add activities. It would get 5 stars if it would allow the addition of water consumed.

Really great app. I just wish that boxing was on the options for exersizing.

I was struggling to lose those last 15 lbs after the birth of my daughter and even with running 30+ miles per week and adopting a mostly clean, plant-based diet, my weight loss was at a standstill. Then I started tracking every meal in this app and the weight started coming off again. It was like a switch came on suddenly and my body started to change. This app is well designed and user friendly. It makes weight loss and maintenance a reality! What are you waiting for? You've got nothing to lose...but the fat!

I really like the app. I found what I need, the essential things or food.

Awesome speed and ease of use. Needs the ability to adjust specific macros goals and the nutrition ratings are a joke. ie: eggs got "okay for occasional consumption"

lots of free features such as barcode scanning. easy to choose the quantity of food. easy to add raw calories. good design. finally found a good tracker app!

Really nice app and very useful, however after the latest updates some issues have popped up. Copying meals does not work anymore, which is a shame, because you go into the "trouble" of breaking down a recipe and then you have to do it again and again. In addition, recently some times the app does not allow you to add anything in a meal and you have to close it and open it again so it works. If these items are resolved again, I would go for 4-5 stars.

Excellent app except for one thing that I think should be available. you should be able to add a detailed nutritional profile of a new food, not just the calories.

I just started using the app. I love it so far, only recommendation I would make is to consider breastfeeding mothers. In the calories burned section maybe add in breastfeeding calories. Thank you

I've given this 3 stars. I like the UI, it looks nice and very easy to follow, add things, etc. I was using another app that charges a monthly fee. I thought to save money I can use a different app and manually add the calories, which is what I'm using this app for and for this it's decent. There is a search and barcode scanner though but everytime I've used it the values are wrong. The product it shows is right but the calories, fat, etc is wrong.

Love the App. User friendly, clear and precise. I'm a PT and recommend it to all my athletes to track their meals n count their calories 👍

everytime I tried to sign up, it said my emails had been used, which I never used any. this is my first time i downloaded this app. signup with Google is useless too, won't run at all

Great app for tracking calories as you can choose foods from a comprehensive list of British supermarket products. The only improvement that I can suggest would be being able to copy meals between days, especially home-cooked which involve listing all the individual ingredients if you want an accurate nutritional breakdown. Otherwise bear in mind that the language seems to be more targeted at american users e.g chips equals crisps, fries equals chips etc

great app! simply but gets the job done. data and feedback are good. i like it a lot.

A very simple calorie tracking app with some macronutrient calculations built it. It isnt as in depth as some others like Cronometer but I honestly feel thats a good thing. It doesnt feel like a burden. It also gives you the ability to switch nutrient plans from things like a basic loss or gain weight to a Ketogenic diet and some others. This is a great app. Very user friendly.

Would love the app even more if i was able to add macros manually when logging calories manually. People who make their own recipes with macro splits would be happy with this type of update.

It is very good app and i love it. It would be easier to use if you could take photo of the food and it to add it to your meal. Also if you could track your workout from other apps. There are some foods that are missing too. Anyways, it is still super useful and i recommend it to anyone.

OMG this app is fantastic and accurate it has me on target and has really educated me in the foods I eat I highly recommend this to all whether for dieting or macronutrients for strength training this is the perfect app

Works good on my S9 - I use it with the running app to track walks & a little workout now and then. A nutrition summary per meal would have been nice though thus 4/5

I love this app! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because you can't put in your own recipe and have it calculate the calories.

Unfortunately you can't add macros for unknown foods. That should be an easy thing to implement. Otherwise a great app

Perfect for my needs. So impressed by the bar code scanner feature. The macro breakdown is good, but it would help if the daily consumption was also in % of the total. ...I keep having to do maths to work it out. All in all I'm very impressed and happy to have discovered this one after being disappointed by two others I tried.

its simple to use but there is no way for you to add or modify the carb, fat, and protein intake for items that are not in their database

Everything is really good and it is super easy to use but it only tracks carbs fat and protein. It doesn't track sugar and salt which are super important to weight loss but of course brain dead people only think u need to count carbs and fat which is wrong. I'm pretty sure u have to pay to track all the rest other than the main three. If u could track everything it would have 5 stars.

App doesn't ask how fast i want to loose weight. Kcal recommendation is too high. Has wrong information on food, for example 80 grams oatmeal 50 kcal instead of 300 kcal. Needs an account too

So far I am very satisfied with this app, it definitely helps me to check what I am eating, it's great when trying to reduce or increase weight.

It's a great calorie/macro counting app. I just wish it had a way to look back at your starting weight so you can see how much weight you've lost.

Great, heavily detailed app that answers all the things people were looking for in a fitness/nutrition app. The ability to add or alter things later on is a rare and helpful feature. Its only offence is rating certain things a little harsh, like eggs and even rosemary. However, in the world of nutrition these things are frequently up for debate, so it is not possible for the designers to cater to everyone's opinions.

This app is better than anyone ever tried. But it miss a great functionality I found in other apps. To add food. Not only calories, I'd love to add food with calories, fat, protein and all this stuff. Maybe bar code scanner. I often use fresh food from bio convenience which is not listed.

it's amazing! it's ads free, works better than lifesum, its more beautiful than lifesum, overall it doesn't crash, its easy to use and sync with other runtastic apps, so when you go running it appears on this app too it's so cool!!! the friens thing helps too, so you can compete with your friend about who's the most healthier.

this app is awesome! something which is very helpful! just one thing by which you can make this app even better is by adding some more items to the list.! Omg!! this is the best app I have come across.. I love it.. it specifies the nutrients and calories so well and that too FOR FREE! I love it and recommend it over other paid apps!

Probably will be better when we scan a product and it's not found in database and we added manually to have option to put kcal instead of cal per 100g or per portion.Also it will be better when we add a new product to make a picture of that product as face and another with nutrition information.It will work better if we know on daily counted calories the intake of saturated fats, sugar, protein etc

great app for monitoring and calculating calorie intake and it is easy to use.

I'd give it 5 stars but it doesn't calculate net carbs, instead including the fiber in your macros and making you think you've gone over your plan amout.

While the design is sleek, fast, and fluid it suffers from a major flaw: subscriptions. Everything you want to do is locked behind needing a subscription. It's an uninstall for me, however I'll be checking up here and there to see if it becomes free.

I honestly love this app a lot. It syncs with the other runtastic apps to take into account calories you burn throughout the day, and adjusts suggested calorie intake as needed. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't sync with the steps tracker.

Really good app to track your calories. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it would be nice to also be able to track water in take as well and tie it into google fit so activities are automatically added. Please add and I'll update review.

I would love to change my review to a 5 star review; however, I just downloaded the app today, and my height and weight on my profile has changed 3 times. Every time I've gone back and corrected it, it ends up changing to something else within a matter of hours (and yes, I'm saving the change correctly). I've also tried to find a way to contact you regarding this matter have been unsuccessful. I am only able to find general questions and answers.

This app is so helpful for tracking macros. Unfortunately i cant customize my macros in the free version. I also really like that it shows how many calories burned for many activities. The list of foods is pretty exhaustive, much better and less tedious than the comparable under armour app.

great app except it constantly says im not connected to the internet ...anyone knows how to fix that ?

I like the app as well as others from Runtastic but there is one thing which I miss a lot - daily nutrient statistic calculation with indication of highest in fat, protein and carbohydrates foods. Have to switch to alternative tool unfortunately. Or can't I just find this in the Balance?

I had to log out, and when I logged in again all my records were gone, no backup.

Easy to use. Can change fat/protein/carb amounts based on what eating plan you are on like Keto for example

is a good way to track your macros (protein, fats and carbs) but I would like to know the amount of sugar, fiber, etc that I'm consuming, that is important too, besides that is a good app and I highly recommend it if you want to the calories you are consuming per day

Great App in general, but for colorblind people the colored dots are really hard to see. I would like to see what is healthy to buy when I go into a store. Could you add a colorblind mode and make the green dots blue? Also some graphs would be great.

Stars for simplicity, but I can't track net carbs or add nutritional values to manual entries. The app also doesnt integrate to track workouts from Google Fit. There are tons of other apps that manage to offer these features for free.

This should be editors choice, but I'd like a better way to register exercise.

I love it. It's simple to use and has been very motivational for me. I would like to see some additions to the exercise list - - individual exercises like "squats" and the number you did. Overall, I'm super happy with it!

Doesn't recognize premium account, offers subscription instead of validating existing one. Unable to change existing wrong barcode entries (calories, ...) and add new ones. Otherwise good app!

It's an amazing app and very effective! Only objection is about the limited "menu" for other countries foods. So I have to personalize and sometimes are not the same values for real.

A user friendly app. Got to like the options of using variety of units of measurements such as servings, cups, grams, ounces or millilitres. The variety of local foods might be missing but similar alternatives can serve the purpose.

could be the best app, but lacks of a huge and basic feature like adding custom food and specifying all macros, not just calories. please fix it as it's unusable at the moment, as i can't log food not in the app db.

Best one for me, but I think copy/cut - paste list items between lists feature is a must (this app is all about managing lists, right?) The rest looks perfect for the moment!
