In the begging they had excellent service.but of late I pay like additional charges than what am supposed to pay,when you put an drop off location..it normally indicates the Amount you should be paying.. but when your trip ends the cab driver will come up with extra charges which is different from yours. or is their additional rates when its peak??kindly elaborate on this

Its easier for commuters around bahrain to use the app especially the have promotions if your only rounding on one are for drop on and off, hoping that there will be more available taxi that uses the app.. it doesnt have hassle and very flexible when cancelling kudos to the makers.

I'v been using Bahrain taxi app for all my travels when i need a taxi, it works great for me , user friendly, simple , easy to use and very reliable , the best taxi app in Bahrain among all other apps. thanks for adding credit card payment and I wish if to see debit cards and Benefit pay added as well. generally great and outstanding experience , highly recommended

Terrible service. Just spent over an hour waiting for their taxi and nobody came. I called back 3 times and no one answered. Waste of time... Use Uber instead. Edit 4/27/19: In fairness, the app works well but there is no way to rate a driver or request a specific type of vehicle. Notes are only useful if drivers pay attention to them. Your phone service should mirror your app service since both reflect on your company...
