It worked ... once. 1. The number of bikes available at each station is incorrect most of the time. 2. The GPS on the map is not accurate. 3. The app fails to generate a code to retrieve a bike most of the time. These three things make the system barely usable. It would be good to add a function to look up a station by number.

I gave them six months to try to improve, but no progress. There are either zero bikes available, or the station itself is broken and full of bikes that you can't rent. Bikeshares operate successfully in cities around the word, but they just can't seem to figure it out here.

available bikes don't unlock at multiple stations. impossible to reset password despite honoring all constraints. also the available bike count is wrong. and the station numbers change and don't match. 26 became 22. this app does none of what it's supposed to do. the developers should scrap it and start over.

This app has so many glitches. It tells you you have a bike even if you never took one out. It also doesn't let you get a new bike even 15 minutes after returning one. They need to do better.

It doesn't update in real time and when it does it takes a long time to load the unlock code. Besides there's a lot of issues with all bikes infrastructure. It is a great idea, it only needs a few improvements so keep improving, you'll get there!
