Lia's "B the Method" got me out of a quarantine-driven body hating cycle to a place of strength, connectedness, and peace with my body! (I don't usually talk like this, but it actually is a spot-on description of how her full-body workouts make you feel!) The app is intuitive and content-rich, and the workouts are low-impact yet so impactful - I even sleep better! Also love how she sweats along with you and adds in super helpful form tweak suggestions throughout. 5 stars all the way :)

THE best pilates app! Lia's classes are challenging yet fun and very effective for muscle tone and strength. There are options for shorter workouts if you're running low on time or longer 60min classes - either way they are all enjoyable and leave you feeling completely revitalized! There is also a weekly schedule for a balanced workout week and live classes with Q&As. Thank-you Lia for all your work, your classes have become a routine part of my day :)

Lia is the best! She is so so sweet. Her classes are wonderful and I'm really picky with Pilates. Would recommend for sure. Would like a weekly spread suggestion maybe. And more classes without the small ball for travel or spontaneous workouts. 🙂 Get the subscription!
